Ever heard of the free market morganfell?
Most of them are standard... I don't get it.

Dice confirmed that there are input lag problems, it is part of the game and has nothing to do with the TV (a bad TV could make it worse).
I tried on a 4ms delay gaming monitor and the delay was blatently obvious (much moreso than in other 30fps games)
The controls are broken and DICE confirmed it...
I like the way the hardware comparison ignores the graphics chip. It's not like it's the most important piece of info for gaming or anything...
And where is the GS2 or GN in that comparison?
Still, hardware buttons will always be several times better than touch only.
Reminds me of the BS that DICE pulled...
My solution is to refuse to buy any GFWL games (unless they are like... £2 on a sale)

Not necessarily bad news.
I think it the tech will be in place for a good next gen system in 1013, if they want to aim for good performance.
Right now, it wouldn't perform as well as a £650 custom built PC for gaming (i5 + 6970/570). By then they should be in a position to have a high end performer as far as graphics chips go, which are still evolving very fast.

Something almost that good could be rendered on it's own at very low fps with the most advanced DX11 features employed valiantly (look to crytek for that stuff). It wouldn't be practical in games though except for perhaps cutscenes (?).
The lighting can't be as perfect though because it is raytraced in those images.
But on PC in 5 years... I dread to think.
Bullets to the head will work fine tbh.

And any character in FF8 who uses the random rule in triple triads...
Pokemon MMO with the Pokedex on the screen would be win :P
Could probably use the NFC for figurine battles on it somehow if you wanted, as an extra thing to complement the mmo.
In Europe it is a lot easier for digital downloads to be honest (more spread ADSL2+/fibre coverage and less ISPs with harsh bandwidth caps). I just hope that the savings are rewarded to the consumer (and the developer) and console games don't still cost £45-50.
It is a LOT worse on consoles tbh.
They shouldn't have pushed the graphics as far as they did tbh, frame rate is way more important for multiplayer and perhaps they would have some resources left over for a higher player count.
Also it's nearly impossible to spray control properly even with maxed sensitivity but most console gamers don't know/bother about it anyway.
