That is EXACTLY how I feel. It's like foxix is reading our (the rational consumer not rabid fanboys) flipping minds. The more MS talks the less I regret cancelling my pre-order.
They know this is a disaster. Instead of simply delaying it 6 months or a year they are insisting on rushing it out along with their games.
I sincerely hope it blows up in their face. Not that it will do any good because even then they will blame the consumer.

I will never be too old to game. I might start getting my arse handed to me by the younger crowd but I'm still going to have a good time doing so. Some of these kids definitely play faster than me but I use their arrogance against them with tactics by playing smarter than them.

I guess Digital Foundry and Lens of Truth might as well cease to exist. There will be no sense making comparison videos for next gen when MS is using the PS4 multiplat titles to promote the XBOX ONE.

2 of those 3 games that you claim will never appear on the PS4 most likely will in one form or another. The only game that is a lock not to show up on the PS4 is KI.
Ironically enough the only game I would want to play out of those 3 is the 1 that will definitely not make it to PS4 hardware. Just not enough to spend $500 to play it.

Less cars, less tracks, no Nurburgring, limited wheel support, no triple panel support, no backwards compatibility with existing FFB wheels = money saved for this Forza freak.

The battle of the living room has already been lost with smart TV's, smart phones, Tablets, smart receivers, laptops, etc.
And all in one box doesn't make sense when all of these features, including voice and camera controls, is already being done with most of what I listed above. MS should've put more muscle into the console as a gaming machine vs and all in one box.
The X1 appears to be more geared towards NA and the living room is now on the go...
