i love mist. its even better when you beat the game in 10 minutes.. haha
considering this game is nay impossible to find now.. i think its alright. haha
well of course. the programming for the 360 is like programming for a pc, which is why developers like it, and why its labeled as "programmer friendly." but working with the ps3 requires devs to utilize new ways of coding and basically makes them try harder to get a good result. like it or not, multicore processing is the way of the future and the way the ps3 is set up, its on the cutting edge.
an analogy is like cooking. the 360 is like having three arms. you ca...
pioneer elite is the best tv out right now. then come sony's bravia series
people underrate it because its too flashy and think it doesn't have substance. i for one love it.. slayer ftw
scummy of walmart to do that. for a major corporation to do that is worse than those scumbags who bought ps3's and wii's at launch to sell them on ebay
you can sort of see it when the character lands after jumping through the portal... its hardly noticeable if you don't know what you're looking for.
ebay actually stopped sales of mmo stuff except for runescape i believe
i actually really enjoyed the music in this game. sometimes i just let it sit at main menu to listen to that epic theme song.
and haha... composer for the best tv show ever... firefly was good, but it wasn't that good.
i simply love this guy. he's either stoned or crazy when he gives his interviews.
i disagree with him on the wow scale though, because games like ICO, SotC, ZOE2's large scale battle, left a profound mark on me and what i think a game should be like.
i haven't even reached the "twist" in uncharted yet, and that game's wowed me because it blends so many different aspects of games together so well.
leopard was a lot more stable than vista even when they launched it. i personally haven't had any problems with leopard since i bought it monday after it launched. heck, apple even released 10.5.1 already, which is something m$ has yet to do.
i'm sure after they patch vista several times, it'll be a good system, but right now, the majority prefer xp. you can't argue with that fact.
for a 39 year old, or however old you are, you're not that educated.
Dubai is probably the most modern city in the middle east.
and its a good investment, because sony stock is bound to go up during the holidays.
and to whoever above said that sony is having a "tough time," please do some research before you talk. only sony's video game division is suffering. everything else is having strong sales, especially its line of HDTVs
techie - yes
audiophile - no
videophile - yes
here's one not included... athlete - yes :-p
good movies are hard to come by. so you need the best stuff to enjoy it.
yeah, the first few firefights i got into, i was really surprised as how the enemies would converge on my position, shoot down my cover, and flush me out with grenades. the fight in the "sanctuary" level proves how good the AI is in the game. two floors of enemies, they try to flush with grenades and shoot you while you're moving. its great. but i also like to zigzag to enemies and brutal combo them. its hilarious. plus it fills up my desert eagle..
i dunno about anyone else, but my anticipation for this game plummeted when i learned it was a card game..
honestly, this game is great. if you haven't played it, try it out at least. i just got finished with a session with it. around 1 and a half hours. i didn't notice the time go by. unfortunately, i'll have to wait a month to finish the game.. oh well. haha. it'll just make me anticipate it more.
if by innovative you mean includes a glorified map editor then by all means, yes. otherwise it brings nothing new to the table
theres a difference between overhyped and overrated that people here are missing.
for instance, ffvii can be considered over hyped as the best rpg of all time, but its not overrated because when it came out, it was the absolute cutting edge and revitalized the genre.
halo can be considered overrated and not overhyped. it deserved its hype because it was the quintessential console fps. but when compared to the pillars of fps, it can't hold a candle to them
you have to buy themes on live? i would never pay for customization. freeware is the way to go for that stuff. i haven't browsed much through those themes, but i like the normal stuff..
heh, yeah. it is a pretty stupid thing to say, but too bad anyone with any knowledge of hardware knows that its true..
