Wii U is undoubtedly weaker than the PS4Bone. But it's not as weak as a lot of people want to or would have you believe.
It's suffered a lot from ports where the majority of the code has come from the PS3 or 360 - probably more from the 360 as that has a PPC CPU which would be closer to Wii U over the Cell CPU.
Obviously it's also from the shakey launch and Nintendo having to learn about HD development and engines from scratch.

Well, the title doesn't lie.
People who want to talk SALES all the time can't say anything about this article. If you don't like it, tough. It's your own daft fault for banging on about sales in the first place.
After the PS4 hype falls off a cliff, it won't be long before they replace Microsoft in the title with Sony.
Don't hate the player, hate the game (that you activity participate in, daily).

BTW, a bomb would be something that didn't make the company a profit... ask Sony and MS for the finer details on the subject. N64 and GCN made profits (and were excellent consoles with all time classic games).

He's talking rubbish. Most games journalists are STILL actually in school... ... in the 4th grade.
I predict it will take their Wii Fit and Brain Training brands and turn them in to a stand alone brand away from the reliance of buying a new console every 5 years.
Wii Fit was an amazing phenomenon. Wii Fit U is better in every way, but there's a $299 new console cost barrier in the way which makes it less accessible.
So to summarise, they will make the Wii Fit / Brain Training brands more accessible to the consumer.
First one sold less than 2 million on P360. Wii U install base is 6 million as of now and will probably be close to 10 million when Beyonetta 2 launches.
Did the 'low' sales of the first one make the game play worse? The answer to that would be no.
Even if it only sells 10 copies on launch day, think of me won't you, because I'll be one of those 10 people playing it.. .. .. and you won't be.

Just echo what the others have said. It's a PS4 reviewer. Should have played 3D World and certainly DK: Tropical Freeze before coming to such a conclusion.
I mean, unless you've been living in a vortex, it would have been pretty hard to miss the acclaim each game has received from the media and gaming community!
