PC gaming kill people. There's something about the social element of PC games that makes them brutally addictive and deadly. What a way to die though, if I had a choice between dying of cancer or some horrible disease vs dying from some intense gaming session I would probably choose the later.

You don't go from FPS to making RPGs at a flip of the switch. RPGs would require an entirely different developer skill set as well as a new engine. Just look at how long it's taking id to develop Rage, their first open world game.
Soundtracks? Meh. How about a special avatar to show the world that I am The Chosen One?
People bring up Uncharted because it's the "Crysis" of this genre. It's their way of saying, "Thats nice, but..."
It's the same thing in every Killzone 3 article. Great graphics, "yeah but...Crysis". Annoying but nothing to be upset about. It's a good thing, because something is threatening the industry benchmark.
Why disagree? This game is dirt cheap used. Prolly $15.
I'm not disputing that. Everything plays better on the PC I know. I'm just saying that Dragon Age 2 gameplay has been tweaked specifically for the console this time around. There's even a beat'em up arcade style controls in DA 2 so console play can skip the PC's RTS style.

Homefront is on this list? It's a game about North Koreans invading America LOL. Maybe in their DLCs they'll have Somali pirates taking over Canada next.

Never. They simply don't care, its an open platform so people who advocate it too much are often viewed with suspicion (like Microsoft). They care about features, dedicated servers, mods etc etc.

Its the intense adrenaline filled gaming sessions that makes them ignore the basic bodily needs that leads to death. Counterstrike, MMOs, and Starcraft does this to a lot of people. Nobody is going to die from playing Fallout 3 or Heavy Rain for example.
