LOL best time to buy a PS3 then. But in general most console gamers lack to know how, or the will to keep up with firmware changes and hacks so this shouldn't change a thing other than to annoy Sony. We're talking about a gaming populace that likes to chillax in front of the TV, unlike the PC gaming techhounds who loves to tinker with every aspect of their machine.
There is also no reason to spend time pirating say Black Ops for the PS3 when doing the same for the PC...
BF= Bigger PC style maps.
BC= BF with smaller maps
With BF the maps are big enough to fly jets and bombers in. There is also a RTS element in BF where a player can be the team's commander can call in airstrikes and set objectives. The only thing as epic as BF on the console is MAG's 128 players domination mode for the PS3. Too bad nobody plays MAG anymore and domination games take forever to start.

I don't quite understand the uproar over this really. Stuff are hacked and pirated all the time, Windows is the most pirated software in the world, I bet most of the people on this board are using a pirated copy of Windows. Furthermore millions of movies and songs are pirated everyday, and there are a ton of people eagerly awaiting the next iphone jailbreak.
