Will they patch the suck out of this game? Because I was wondering why it only cost $11. Then I played it and answered my own question.
The graphics are very console-ish but MAG is a great game. It might even be better than BC2 in terms of the epic scale brawl that can ensue. Unfortunately it was crippled by a terrible decision to split the community into three factions and now there's hardly anyone around to play domination with.

I found that most reviews tend to bitch about the wrong things where as DCU players tend to complaint about specific issues like chat, bugs, power issues etc etc.
It's as if these reviewers played this game till lvl 15 then write their poorly informed reviews.
For once, the screenshot matched the caption. Those pix do look amazing. The smoke and lighting are incredible.

For a console game, this would be high res textures. For a PC game this would be dated to ancient. The only thing that stood out about these screens is a large amount of AA.

Only exclusives and GOTYs editions take advantage of Bluray. There's no reason for multiplats to fill up a Bluray disk when they can rape you with DLCs or discourage resale and rentals with download code.
When it comes to high end, nothing beats the PC. But of some the hardware in this article is just expensive for the sake of being expensive. Like anyone would want a $10,000 Klispch speaker set for their PC.

This game would have reviewed better if SoE waited a bit more to polish the game and fix a lot of the bugs. The chat system for example is completely moronic. Possibly the worst chat ever in the history of MMOs. The fact that they went live with such a horrible chat and a filter that can't be turned off is highly questionable.
HAHAHA!! This is actually his second attempt at baiting hapless N4G readers into viewing his shitty vids. I believe the first one was his Skyrim "HD preview" which consisted of him droning on for 10 minutes diced with grainy closeups of Gameinformer scans.
At least HHG is fun to hate. This guy however is just straight up boring.
