I usedd to want one, but a few of my buddies have one, and it's the same thing.
sure it's allright to break out when you're at a party, and being loaded helps, but none of them say they play it alone anymore, they turn on their 360's or ps3's when they want to play some gamers games.

at this point they have sold to the bulk of the hardcore gaming audiece. and I think sales will likely be dismal all summer.
I would almost be willing to bet on a price cut before halo 3 comes out.
I also think whatever they miss in targets right now they will more than make up in the last few months of the year with all the awesome titles coming.
still, not great news for MS though...
they need to cut the price of the core and premium, that'll spur some sales.

digital distribution is so much more convenient, and it's been proven time and time again that the consumer goes with what is the most convenient. that's why DVD's were so successful, and it is why digital distribution will be successful, and that goes for both movies AND games.
they look pretty much the same.
I don't see why this warrants 200 posts of our time with people saying the same damn junk over and over.
I guarantee if you were playing the game on either system you would not notice the difference.
their arrogance is why they are in so much trouble in the first place.
