Unless you're paying for PS plus, I don't see any reason for compensation. It's a free service. People need to remember that it's a privilege to play online through PSN, not a right.

Shift did blow. There are 2 vastly superior games that fill the same role, one is called Forza 3, and the other is called Gran Turismo 5.
As for Hot Pursuit, you're right, that game was good. I had lots of good times playing that game as a small boy in 1998.

Consoles will only support 24 players, PC will support 64 players. I'd say that the console version is dumbed down.
