About 3/4 of you sony fanboys are reading the title and are thinking this is good ps3 news. I'm sorry but it's funny. Listen to the guys taped phone call, then think twice about taking your ps3 out of that dust free, vacumn sealed plastic bag that you've been keeping it in.

Listen to the recording before you get too excited fanboy.

You didn't listen to the recording did you? A sony customer service rep says dust doesn't void the warranty, but a head Sony repair exec says it does. The guys warranty is still voided because of dust.

You can tell by his posturing that he is readying an argument for court. This guy is obviously extremely pissed, and I don't blame him. Sony will end up trying to settle it out of court. I personally hope he takes it to court and sony is put to task for using the umbrella term "neglect" as a warranty pitfall.

Entertaining read. Give it a rest sony fanboys.

Sounds like the guy had issues. It's a shame that gaming will be blamed and this guys obvious mental unstability will be swept under the rug.

The reason the ps3 sucks is because it was built with selling blu-ray players in mind, instead of gaming.

Blame the consumers for your sending them some faulty hardware. That's real big of you.

Some dudes were playing a 360 the other night on The Boondocks.

I have yet to buy Bioshock. My wallet has been begging for mercy lately. I just bought my son a 360 for Christmas and several games, ordered COD4 for myself and bought 3 arcade titles. It will be next year before I get caught up on all the games that I want to play through. But Bioshock is on the list.

What kind of delusional fanboy BS are talking about? I honestly hope you weren't being serious with that post.

Are you actually being serious?

I was a part of the MP beta, and the spawn system needed some work. Occasionely enemies would spawn right beside you, and sometimes you would spawn into air strikes. Does anyone know if this has been fixed?

I look forward to it. I played in the beta and was really impressed with the framerate and graphics quality. Does anyone know if the spawn system in multi-player has been fixed?

He is a member of SPG, it seems their site has been under maintenance. I would have posted a link to his profile. And I think the SPG on N4G resembles something very similar to the Nazi Gestapo.

I suppose that when John Carmack said the ps3 was garbage no one should listen to him either. Or how about the fact that 90% of ps3 multi-plats are inferior to the 360 versions, no one should pay attention that either, right?

D R Fz a.k.a. Da Rite Feacherz is a member of the Sony Protection Group. Him as well as a host of other N4G's top contributers are SPG members and need be dealt with. Their tactics on this site are simple but effective. Contributers message each other to help approve negative 360 news and positive Sony news. This website is in dire need of being purged of these fanboy extremists.

SPG is the scourge of the gaming industry.
