AC 2 is still the best for me. I didn't care for any of the other characters as much as Ezio. And the ending of AC 2 was excellent. I can't understand why Ubi keeps taking things out of the game too. I used to love laying down a bare handed smack down, and being able to steal enemies weapons and then kill them with it. Throwing dirt in their faces. Picking up anything like a sweeping brush and using that as a weapon!! Then there's the free running. Taking out the ability to jump o...
You could apply that logic to any DLC then. DLC is more than newsworthy in my opinion anyway, regardless of timeframe from release.
The Skellige Isles?? Geralt on his way to Ireland is he?!? :-)
Map looks ridiculously huge!!!! Going to need a year to take it all in!!!
@Ultr: Sweet!!! I didn't know that!! I'll definitely look into swapping out the drive soon enough then. Didn't know it was possible to back up everything and restore from external.
My hdd has been full since before Christmas and I need to delete loads of stuff every time I get a new game now and it's becoming a bit of a pain. I've seen vids of swapping out the drives and it looks very simple to do, but what puts me off is the aftermath!! Is there anyway of transferring everything off your old drive onto the new one or do you have to reinstall and download everything again?? That's the only thing holding me back from upgrading.
I hope they fix the store. If I open the store while there's a game/app running in the background, nothing loads up and the only way to get it working again is to restart the console. The store works fine if it's opened just on its own but if anything else is running it just gets stuck on a blank screen. Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone know a fix or workaround???
They should also have an option where pre-loads will actually unlock when the timer runs out instead of having to wait 2-3 days after to finally acquire a license. I haven't pre ordered digitally since Watch Dogs. It took 2 days for the game to be playable and none of the pre order bonus content unlocked. I had to jump through too many hoops to try and get the content to unlock that I eventually just gave up so I never got any of it in the end. The only thing that would entice me to pre o...
Same here!! I'm finishing up AC:U at the moment, have Dragon Age sitting on my hdd not even started yet AND I've yet to get my hands on Bloodborne either. With this coming and then Batman just around the corner I wish I could stop time to finish my backlog.
You fool!! The gecko behind that cactus plant saw the whole thing!!!
I don't know which I'm more excited for. After watching the trailer for the movie, that small clip of Battlefront at the end and then the leaked screen of the speeder, I actually felt like an over excited child today. And I'm in my 30's :-/
Sure tis a great little country we live in, bar being rode up the hole for everything.
I just finished the Witcher 2 on the 360 last week. I know it's been out a while now so it's obviously had a few patches, but I didn't come across one bug in my entire play through.
I'd love to see AC:U numbers of pedestrians in GTA V. That was my only let down with the current gen release. I was really expecting the streets of Los Santos to be teeming with pedestrians. What's worse is looking at the likes of AC:U, you know the PS4/X1 is more than capable of doing that but it's like they held it back. I've been out of pc gaming now for a long long time now but I can't wait to see what modders do with GTA V. Maybe it might persuade me to put a beastly ...
They need better writers for sure. All the Killzone games were graphically superb for their time and played great (except the first, which I thought was a terrible game), but the universe never did anything for me. I never cared for any characters in any of the games and think the Helghast and their lore is all a bit meh. I'm glad they're moving away from Kz and onto a new ip. I can't wait to see what they come up with.
I've been subscribed to Spotify for just over a year now. I absolutely love the service but there are a LOT of artists/bands that don't allow their music on it. What's worse is sometimes whole albums can just randomly become unavailable. I've been so close to cancelling my subscription so many times now!! But it's just so damn convenient!!!
I downloaded Dishonoured when it was free on GWG there a while back and I couldn't get into it at all either. I don't know what it was about it but it just didn't pull me in. I could see there was a good game there but it didn't click with me.
I actually passed on Isolation after the negative reviews but picked it up when it was on sale on the PSN store there a couple of months ago. 6.5 for that game is ridiculous. At least an 8.5 in my opinion anyway. I don't think they'll score Bloodborne low though, not with all the other positive reviews going around. I was going to wait to get this as I have a huge backlog of games at the moment. Halfway through the Witcher 2, on the last few final missions of FC4 and have Dragon Age s...
@Me-Time: Yes, that's what I mostly meant about needless cars. We don't need 30 different Skylines. But, there's also a lot of low end cars that are simply no fun what so ever!! It's a long time since I played GT5 now, but I remember doing some events that really felt like an absolute chore and were no challenge, and no fun at all. Anyway, besides that I still think PD really have their work cut out for them with GT7. They need to bring their A game this gen. And I really hope...
I didn't think I'd ever agree with a statement like that jonivtec. Being an absolutely huge GT fan since the start of the series, 5 was a major let down. The game was half finished on release, had hundreds of needless cars that no one was ever going to use, sound was sub par and races weren't exactly thrilling either. I know I'll get loads of disagrees for this, but it's the truth, coming from a HUGE fan of the franchise. There's so many things that need complete overh...
Shadow of Mordor in the Mad Max universe. I'm sold!!!
