at least in multiplayer. The needler was underpowered and the tracking was horrible. And the energy sword needs to have energy and break like in campaign. Too much sword whoring.
If they address these two things I will be happy.

The majority of the posts that I see on N4G are negative towards EA. Always saying they make subpar games and rehashes every year.
Who is buying these games?
I think companies like EA stagnate the industry. And I think that it is hilarious that their new President stated that their are too many sequals and unoriginal games. I think he applied for the wrong job.

I am pretty sure that Micro has secured the rights to the first 2 Gears of War games or anything dealing with the Gears Universe.
And seeing as how the first one is published by Micro there isn't a way for it to appear on PS3.
With Gears being so successful and selling 360s I really don't see Micro letting this one ever go. I could see them paying up to keep it always exclusive.
games have been coming out on multiple disks on consoles ever since they shifted the media away from cartridges. All the way back to PS1 and Sega Saturn.
The Wii is doing what both Sony and Micro were trying to do, only doing it better. Expand the market.
Eventually these "casual" Wii gamers will outnumber the hardcore crowd through install base size.
The Wii is good for gaming. All these new adopters buying Wii may look to PS3 and 360 in the future.
Without the Wii enticing them into the console market, it may not have ever happened.
will get FF eventually. It will be good for the platform, but I really don't care. IMO FF has grown stale after #10, and really pulled away from it's roots.

I thought that when Metroid made the jump from 2D to 3D it was going to suck. This is one of the few 3D games that is as good as its 2D predecessors.

Gears has a lot more overall detail on everything. Colors also look a lot nicer.
Everything in Killzone 2 seems to be grey. Things also appear too blurry up close.
Textures go to Gears also.
I think Sony put together a nice trailer for KZ2 and I was really impressed when I saw it.
Now I am not so impressed. Game looks good but am not impressed when compared side by side with Gears.
