Great start! The hype is real, I expect most reviews to be between 9-10.
Won't have a definitive answer until release but from all the screenshots, vids, and gifs I've seen I think it certainly might be. The art design, lighting, and level of detail is astonishing. It's beauty will resonate with gamers and encourage exploring which is a huge plus for an open world game. Is it riddled with interesting things to discover and find? That's the next major question I'm curious to find out.
The photos have no filter btw, which is in...
The Xbox community says they want more JRPGs on the platform but never support the ones that do make it.
Bring back Miranda! Best pixelated ass I've ever seen lol
Looks great. Hopefully we get the first episode this year.
Only big flaw I've seen so far is that the human AI is not good, but to me that's not something that would kill the experience. It's unfortunate, but not gamebreaking.
My eyes lit up when I saw "Horizon zero dawn review" lol
👀Someone fd up big time! Thank you? I feel kinda bad but it's good to know she loved the game.
...never stopped to take in the games graphics. I don't agree at all. Not an ugly game, but I wouldn't say it's one of the best looking games around.
Lawd have mercy! Such a gorgeous game.
Pretty much, spoilers give trolls ammo to ruin games for potentially a lot of excited gamers. I've seen it before, it's happened to me, and it'll happen again. I never go into spoiler threads and I even stay away from comment sections in articles about a game once spoilers leak. Still, it's as easy as spamming spoilers in a random comment section or messaging ppl you know are excited for the game.
The best and only way to avoid spoilers once news breaks that there are major leaks going around, is to stay off gaming sites you frequently visit. Ppl will spam spoilers in random threads and articles so it's not as simple as avoiding articles about the game itself. And not small slip ups but instead revealing how the game ends. I've seen ppl who got copies of games early respect this and only post their spoiler free impressions. You don't need to know every little detail about t...
So you've never heard of someone spamming spoilers in random threads?
@thejigisup
Ya totally agree, and I don't understand how someone could disagree lol. Spoiler free threads are perfectly fine and give plenty of detail about the game enough to sell or turn off a potential consumer. Why do you need to know how the game ends? What purpose does that serve, other then ruining the experience for you?...I'll never get it.
I fail to see how my reasoning could be considered selfish when I'm doing nothing but occasionally visiting gaming sites and reading articles. The guy who tried to ruin UC4 for me was some random dude on this site that probably saw me stress my excitement for the game prior to it's release and attempted to PM me and ruin the game, how's that a personal problem? It could happen to anyone. If you want to create a spoiler thread that's totally fine and usually the game doesn'...
Lol could be but I'm not going to get my hopes up. Seeing another gameplay trailer with a Fall 2017 release date though would send me into a frenzy.
Currently playing Nioh and For Honor, picking up Horizon at the end of the month. Shortly after ME comes out, then I'm getting NieR Automata followed by P5. Prey in May and now Crash in June. Not ruling out picking up Yakuza 0 or GR2 as well, I'd like to get them out of the way before that hectic holiday season.
@cornholio
Ya that would be superb. I think 2017 will be for GoW what 2016 was for Horizon in terms of marketing and new info. I think we'll see more gameplay at E3 with a release window, and a bunch of trailers from then till Spring 2018 when I think the game comes out.
I dont think it's that simple, as I said above I've had ppl PM me trying to ruin UC4 for me. I've seen trolls drop random spoilers in random threads before cause they know there's probably ppl excited for the game in that thread. The only way to surely avoid spoilers is to avoid all gaming sites. And to me that's unfortunate because inconsiderate ppl want to have the game spoiled for them without really considering the game potentially being spoiled for others. Nature of t...
Looks like stevivor is to Horizon what Polygon was to TLOU. Regardless, it's reviewing exceptionally.
