Well then you're very unique lol, I think the majority like to play these games as they release or at least within the first 3 months or so. If you're patient and PS Now turns out to be what ppl hope it is, then ya it's a great benefit for PC players.
I don't think it comes out this year but I do think 2017 will be to GoW what 2016 was to Horizon. We'll see more gameplay at E3, and throughout the year they'll reveal more about the game and continue to release trailers up until it's release in Spring 2018. It'll be Sony's next big exclusive after Horizon that they market hard.
If you think you'll be playing PS4 exclusives using PS Now on PC, as they release, slap yourself lol. There's so many reasons that that isn't likely, but business is the most obvious reason.

The PS4 happened, better games across a range of genres. Scorpio can be as powerful as it wants to be, won't matter because 55+ million users will have the chance to play P5,GoW, Spider-Man, Days Gone, TLOU2, Death Stranding, Detroit, and much more. Games speak louder than any hardware specs, and until Xbox invests in something other than Halo or Gears, I won't be supporting their console.

The publishers would lose way too much money including their new games on PSNow. Also the games aren't being made for PC, you'll just be able to play them at some point on PC, there's still value in the PS4 considering it's a much cheaper option and the games are available much earlier.

Whoo DLC! Still don't understand why they didn't bundle this game with the PS4 but it's awesome to see that it sold so well. I think it'll be around 4-5 mill at the end of the year.
