Sony has many ideas, as this company is a known games provider. (Same as Nintendo, Sega, and Atari) Microsoft is a software giant, so I already knew what they were going to do when 1st Xbox rumors surfaced. MS has to steal stuff, because jumping into this genre is not easy. It will take them some more time....2 game systems does not match up well against Sony and Nintendo's street cred and experience in the game.

Why do people continue to eat the Halo stuff? It never fails, Bungie and MS brags about new stuff in the same Halo game. Man, I just want to play great games. There will always be gamesmanship for this genre of entertainment. MS fans will look at what MS is doing, and call it "fair play" or "all is fair in love and war"....while Sony fans just look at is as a "disrespect", "fear", and "shamelessly taking advantage of ms-informed parents/kids/gamers."

Halo: Reach-a-round will not surpass God of War 3 graphics,, because Halo has the same tired engine from the previous 3 games. I haven't played the game, but it looks better than a 6.8. (I would say 7.5 at least) Anyway, does this game take from God of War....sure. I do know that the argument about GOW taking from Ninja Gaden and Devil May Cry....something that is true. DI is getting the same biased irrelevant hate against GOW3 as MAG is receiving from MW2 gamers. DAMN: I haven't herd tons of people saying that either MAG or DI are as good, or better than the games their measured against. Review scores mean something...but they are not the be all end all!

Gamers will enjoy the same gameplay on either system. I know football season is almost over, Pro hockey and basketball seems a little un-inspired this year, and there are not many great games due out for another few weeks (Except for Mass Effect 2), but comparing graphics on 360 and ps3 is getting stale.
Obviously, this review is hampered by it's close release window to GOW 3. Personally, I think this game should have come out either later this year, or last summer. I have PS3, and believe that GOW 3 will be better, BUT I will still rent and play this game. from what I seen, it looks good. Sometimes, reviews can be haters or...just not into the games they are reviewing, thus giving it a bad review.

Not 100% sure if or when, but I would love to see Mass Effect 2 on the ps3...sooner the better! I know PS3 fans will have to wait, but How long is too long? There a ton of games coming out this year, and Mass Effect 2 might not get as much run as the company might think. 1st of all, Dantes Inferno is on both the PS3 and Xbox 360, while God of War 3 is a PS3 exclusive. So, a situation like inFAMOUS and Prototype both being on the PS3 (At the same time) AND Prototype being on the Xbox 360 as well, dipped into inFAMOUS sales.
2nd, There will other excellent games out around that time also, Battlefield: BC 2, Heavy Rain, Final Fantasy, White Knight Chronicles, and Mass Effect 2 will still hang around as well.

Mass Effect 2 is no failure. Even though I have only played for a hour....(Was on my friend's 360 cause I don't have one), the game was an awesome experience. I think this is just to get some fires started. (I'm a PS3 gamers, and I want Mass Effect 2, as it is leading the GOTY 2010 race. FOR NOW....IT'S A LONG RACE!)

HOWEVER, I place most blame on consumers of products....not really giants like MS or SONY. People rely on these types of excuses and lazy minded train of thought ideas. Bottom line: most companies will never be honorable, and use the low expectations and continued small minded customer thinking against them.
