Really, anything over 9.2 is great. (Resident Evil 4 on Gamecube, Metal Gears solid and MGS4, Halo: Combat Evolved, Uncharted 2, Mario 64 and super Mario 3, Mass Effect 2, God of War 1&2, and Bioshock are the only games worthy of 9.8 and above....IN MY OPINION)
Personally, God of War for me is like Halo for Xbox gamers. (I don't care if some things are the same, I LOVE GOD OF WAR.) For the record, God of War 3 has come a long way in graphics and boss battles!!

PS3 doesn't live off the plasma sword and "no-socpe" sniper rifle. (apparntly, thats great gameplay...since it can be done in halo and gears, while killzone 2, MAG, and Battlefiled don't rely off camping, glitching, and insane kill streak perks.) All of sony PS3 exclusives continue to raise the bar....and should be the console of choice.

I loved the 1st Halo...and the rd was pretty good. HOWEVER, I am not into the halo thing anymore, because of the lack of innovation and story. But that just me...people have their taste in games, which is why there are so many. Halo fans will love this game, same goes for Modern Warfare, Killzone 2, Battlefield, and MAG fans. I can say that Final fantasy sucks....but if I don't like RPG's, my opinion is biased and non benifital to RPG gamers who want a recomendation.
Halo is for it's fans, and thats cool. I'm not going to write this game off, but this is the SAME as all things Halo....and yea, it will make it's money. Although Bungie and Epic (Gears of War, mainly) wont admit it, they hate their deals with MS. Sony doesn't low-ball developers....rather, they will just let them walk. (Sony has faith in their product, even when people tried to say that the PS3 was not going to sell anything.)

99% of the time, these games will look and play the same! There will only be issues/difference when the PS3 is the lead platform, and the game is ported to the 360. Until then....this is a waste of time.

Guess I picked the wrong episode to watch.
Not that it matters to Microsoft (They only wanted MGS, Capcom games, and Final Fantasy, to get people to buy a 360), but Final Fantasy will not sell more on the box...even with the 4-6 million more unit advantage. Lost Odyssey is no Final Fantasy 13, but it was damn good....and didn't sell well on the 360.

Although I do not have one, the Xbox 360 has some good stuff in 2010. I give props for Mass Effect 2 and Alan Wake, Splinter Cell: Conviction, and Metro 2033, all look great. Combined with Halo Reach and the multi plats of Battlefield 2, Final Fantasy 13, and Just Cause 2....360 in my opinion, will have it's best year ever. Mass Effect 2 is a great game, and I will buy it on day one for PS3. (IT IS CONFIRMED FOR PS3...MOST LIKELY COMING AROUND HOLIDAY TIME.) In fact, I will preliminary rate ME2 just slightly higher than Heavy Rain. (HR-9.3, ME2, 9.6) Both are great scores, and neither game fails!

Actually, I really didn't care wht score it got...I was getting god of war 3 no matter what! I'm not sure if it's a bias against PS3 exclusives or not, but I'm surprised that both IGN and Gamespot didn't list their reviews at 9.5 tp 9.8 scores.
