You need to have at least 2800 Effective Military Strength to access the Synthesis ending, which for most people is the worst ending in the game eventhough it requires more work the be unlocked.

Have you read Mass Effect: Evolution? Jack Harper, or as commonly known as Illusive Man, has most likely been indoctrinated since the First Contact War. It was not a secret to the people who actually read the comics. And there isn't just one reason that the indoctrination theory could be true. There are multiple. And if Bioware really didn't end the game with Mass Effect 3's endings and if the indoctrination theory turns out to be true, then it'll be remembered as a bold move....
They still have FTL drives. Reaching to other star clusters would take months maybe years but would still be possible. And @iChii; Shepard is alive if you manage to get 5000+ Effective Military Strength and choose Destroy ending which further proves the indoctrination theory and manipulation of the Catalyst.
And certain moments in the game, especially Paragon ones were just amazing. Mordin's sacrifice to cure the Genophage and then Wrex's face when he sees the cure being distributed... Legion and Tali's final conversation and how Legion referred to himself as I instead of we. The way Thane pushed himself beyond the limits of his former self even when he was at the final stages of his illness. All memorable and amazing moments to me. But if indoctrination theory turns out to be false and if Bioware won't have any satisfying explanation to what happened, then it is destined to be remembered as one of the worst endings ever.
No way. Just like how most people are still overreacting to the difficulty of Demon's Souls, they are doing the same for Dark Souls. It is a bit more difficult than Demon's Souls but not that much.
On topic; I hope it doesnt reveal much since the point of both Souls games are to discover everything yourself and piece together everything by using the small clues scattered around the game...
