It's probably a new suit/skin for Raiden instead of a whole new character I think. But since cloning has always been a central theme of Metal Gear Solid games, it could very well be a cloned and improved Raiden made by the rival PMC company/ies we saw in the trailer.
I think that wasn't an official announcement but a leak.

No it wasn't. It wasn't even a Silent Hill game to begin with. If you consider it a seperate game, then yes, it was a good game. But as a Silent Hill game? No way. Horrible monster designs (there was what, three different designs that actually resembled each other?), stupid plot twist at the end, absolutely no mention of the cult, trying to pscyhologically scare the player through dumb phone messages etc. It wasn't anything more than an extremely butchered "reimagining" ...

On topic; I hope Konami can pull their sh*t together and actually give us a decent show this year without all that "one miwion twoops" and some Dance Central ripoff crap...

Bethesda should bring a proper Elder Scrolls spin off (a story wise spin off, not some dumb card game or anything like that) to Vita. They were going to do so with Elder Scrolls Travels: Oblivion for PSP and the game looked fantastic but for some dumb reason they cancelled it...
It is going to get released before the first DLC so it is safe to assume that it will be a season pass instead of a CoD Elite like crap...

Well... then it is obvious the game was not for your taste :D. I personally would never compare it to old classics like Silent Hill 2 but it is undoubtedly the best new survivor horror IP this generation. Again, in my opinion.

Then you should have played the game on Impossible difficulty. While it is nowhere near as scary as it should be for the experienced players, the first few hours of the game becomes a little more terrifying due to lack of equipment and upgraded weaponry and suit. But after 6th/7th chapter, you will most likely have a fully upgraded Plasma Cutter and a level 3/4 suit with decent HP upgrades, which makes the game less scary...

Also don't forget about Diablo III's new PvP mode which was something people wanted for years and I'm sure Blizzard will make sure to implement it in a way to keep the game fresh enough for a very long time. And personally, since The Old Republic is still a sequel to the Knights Of The Old Republic games, I can't wait for it to go F2P so I can finally play it.
They should've just made a proper Knights Of The Old Republic 3 instead... Considering how a new IP like Mass Effect fared, a KoTOR 3 would've sold even more...
Also Diablo. I think it would sell a good amount for a PS One Classic considering the release of Diablo III is very soon.
Someone who actually played both games more than 400 hours combined and platinumed them...
Sacred is a fantastic game and must be played by and RPG/Hack and Slash fan.
