I agree with the warhawk 2 comment. If it is 5% better than the first it will be incredible! I kinda hope they redo some of the 3 person aiming, no more NOOB lock-on system, basically who ever fires first wins. They should change it to a more socom type feel...
Speaking of SOCOM... MAG (the true PS3 socom) will also be awesome.

I think both are great games. The best two FPSs out there, and both ground breaking. I think Killzone 2 has the edge with online variety, and puts COD4's prestige mode to shame (there was no point in going prestige). Adding badges and trying to unlock those and new weapons and combining them is great. But KZ2 did come out later and has had like half a decade put into it. I loved KZ1 and hope they add some more weapons for free (and make the shotgun have a shorter range) and add the Vetka...
but damn is it addicting, i just played probably 6 hours straight
I think it would be difficult for anyone to make a game close to the book/poem/comedy whatever.
Having just read it over the summer, I am very surprised in this day and age of digital technology that there has not been a movie based on it. While reading it I was imagining this being a movie that guillermo del toro would direct with insane costumes and visuals based as close to the story as possible.
But a game would be difficult, it is more of the experience and...

What ever happened to the Killzone 2 advertisements that were going to flood the media? I was looking forward to those but have not seen anything yet, did I miss something? Is that after the release because they are not going to have any on shelves after the first 2 hours?
