I can see this leading to a whole new type of games like RPG and FPS. Something like "time aging game" TAG? lol... I hope this aging wont get redundant in upcoming games or used by everyone because they see it as a new front... It's pretty cool and stuff, but I don't think it is for every game.

Sony probably has the ieda that not everyone plays PS3 online or has a fast enough connection so putting it in something that they KNOW people will use for Online is a smarter way to go because they know it will be used instead of just waisted. Plus it sells more games and gets people online and use PSN and give more money for possuble updates or maps and stuff... In my opinion, this is a very smart move on Sony's part to add in the headset, I can tell you I am definantly buy it and the head...
You are totally right about Casino Royale and Planet Earth! Those are the only 2 Blu-ray's I have at the moment... In fact, I JUST got Planet Earth two days ago, I can say that it is burry because i splurged and drooled all over the screen. I watched the series on cable at college on a small TV, but it doesnt even compare to Planet Eath on Blu-ray... Totally worth it (cough Amazon cough .com). I plan on getting more Blu-Ray discs, I think 300 will be a winner win it comes out in July!

You are toally right man. (Plus Bubbles) Indeed Killzone will become a good game but what will make it become Killzone and not just another FPS... Strategy? I think Socom has a lot of that for Sony... Weapons? Resistance has the secondary on every weapon just like KZ1... Style? Thrill? Online experiance? Super interative enviroment? Who knows what exactly will set Killzone 2 apart, but they definantly need something that will make it "Killzone"
I think the Thursday updates are fun. I don't download every movie trailer or game/demo that comes out. But it's fun for me to come home after work and see what little suprises the PSN Santa has left for me.
Officially, I don't really see this as news at all. It is a nice recap and prediction. He speaks for many people who just don't want to spend the time writing all of that. I totally agree with the guy about how big this needs to be for sony. It will be a major blow for the PS3 if it does not deliver. I have been a follower of Killzone from the begininng (not just hop on the band wagon when the trailer came out) so I will be truely dissapointed if it does not deliver, especially after all...
I highly doubt home will not impress, people love the idea and sony has made enough mistakes to not pick up on what they have going for them. PLUS there is Home beta, i would think that means its going to come out and be well done...
Where have the Resistance maps and the update stuff gone? Is it just me or did I read something that said that they were working on it and it would only be a small delay? How long has it been? 3 weeks? HOW MUCH LONGER!?!? lol... I'm not impatient. I'm glad for the owners of Motor Storm (great game)
I'm glad someone else has mentioned the comparison to rage mode in resistance. I was just thinking the same thing, instead of purple, it seems the went to the opposite of the color wheel and went yellow.
#8: I didn't know these were the time splitter guys, I was very impressed with "future perfect" totally wish more people played it online! It was a like a crazy, over the top, funny, exciting game! Great story line!

I just don't understand the whole guitar hero and rock band craze. I've played guitar hero 1 and 2, frequency, amplitude, all that similar stuff... It's fun I guess...
BUT what happened to going and buying a REAL guitar or drum set, or just plain singing? I think it is a lot more commendable to actually play an instrument than pressing buttons in time while watching tv (dry eyes and losing contacts from staring).

Does this cost people to play the PS3's or PS2's (if this is to happen)? Or will Sony just pay the airport for something like an advertising fee? I can see this being a big success if this happens. I'm surprised no one has done it yet. I dont know about you, all airports I have been to (and I have been to many because my moom is a travel agent) they have small arcades and they pretty much suck and need to be updates.

I am pretty relaxed about Killzone 2 coming out at E3. I have faith that Sony will not mess up something that they know is this important to them, especially after how long they have spent on it. People can disagree and say stupid shiiza like "You have too much faith in Sony you fanboy and blahdy blah blah blah I'm against killzone and I'm afraid because I picked a different system and I haven't ever seen anything since the trailer from two years ago just like everyone else." LOL...
