still trying to figure out what was "amazing" in this video. No hate to COD, but it just looks like the last ones with different maps. But alas, it's COD and this could've been a video of the gun reloading animations and most diehard fans would've said it's "amazing":/
it seems they're getting to caught up in making their games look great visually, but are losing it in the game play dept. Besides FF they have nothing else that's been good released from their eternal studios so far this generation on home consoles.

some of you guys are too much, flipping out over a character redesign. You're acting as if they changed the game play compared to the previous titles. Like it's a first person shooter now rather than a 3rd person action game. People get a grip please...seriously. And you guys really need to read the articles thoroughly. Ninja Theory was told specifically by capcom to completely and radically redesign Dante! Now if capcom told them that, then that's what they did.
I have to agree with you on that! But the main problem is, this site gets major traffic/ hits and that equals dollar signs for the "powers that be". In the end that what keeps them happy. If they really cared about cleaning up the nonsense that goes on here, they would've done so by now. Especially when they had the chance to with the whole site redesign.
as much as some may hate kirby Epic yarn, I have to say that was one of the most visually creative games on hand at the show.

360 jrpg's may sell better than the ones on ps3's, but i'm comparing them to the other 360 western rpg's like oblivion, mass effect etc....And I just find it funny how people are getting all upset cause he's making an rpg for the wii. It's not like his other games have sold in the millions to warrant him sticking to the hd platforms. I'm just glad he's still making games, no matter what platform it's on. And i'll be there to support it.
and why would they spend x amount of money on another 360 jrpg when no one is gonna buy it like their last 2 games? why not make it for the wii? 360 owners had their chance and weren't interested in his games. yeah his wii game may not sell butt loads, but why not give it a shot. It definitely wont cost as much to make as the 360 games and the wii has a way bigger install base in japan. so why the hell not?
why would they do another 360 game? no one bought the last 2 games they made. And it seems 360 owners don't really care for jrpgs. take a look at the sales for star ocean, last remnant, Tales of Vesperia, Infinite Undiscovery

as you can see, it's not about the hardware, he just doesn't want to make games for the wii. And it's funny they'd rather make an fps on system that isn't well suited for the genre. ahh well
you're home theater set-up will love this game! everything from the screams of the aliens, the beeps of your motion tracker to the shots fired from you're pulse rifle, all is spot on! There was a multiplayer mode i played where one person was a predator taking out everyone else on the map. One of of the coolest things was hearing the sound of the predator killing a player. As everyone is searching for the predator you could hear the screams of a marine being taking out from a close or stealth...
relax alittle...I've played the game and so far it's good and won't disappoint fans and will be the best game these guys will have put out so far this gen. I was at a recent demo they had in nyc and played a couple of new multiplayer modes and some of the single player as the alien and marines. To put it bluntly, it doesn't suck.

what's sad is the lows most sites have to hit just to get any attention from gamers on the internet. The majority (gamers) don't want to read thought provoking pieces on the gaming industry. Hell, half the time they don't even want to read a paragraph or two. Just look at some of the "articles" that get posted on here daily. You'll see why gaming "journalism" is mostly a big joke.
