...you know that's a picture of Bloodborne, right?
I agree, it's even nicer now that it kinda bubbles out a little bit. It is truly a nice rump.
This should not be all that important a story, to tell the truth...but for some reason...this makes me very happy.
I try to avoid the pitfall of considering every game with a story that gave me feels as one of the "greatest games of all time." I think that's what most people do, actually. When I really start thinking about what games had the greatest general impact on me over the years, though, my list becomes much more diverse.
I have to say, though, that as far as Zelda games go, OoT has aged rougher than pretty much every other game in the series. ALttP would be my pick ...
Seriously. It is truly a sad time we live in when a NSFW warning does not need to be affixed to a link to Playboy.com.
@TorpeAlex
"I'm sick of people making drastic exaggerations about others expressing their opinions"
Oh the sweet irony of it all.
Why would anyone be complaining if the assumption wasn't that this was somehow damaging to the image of women in the media? Why would this not just go unnoticed as what it is: a bit of off-color fanservice in a game that NO ONE is going to mistake for representing how women should be perceived in ...
I don't disagree that it's kind of a stupid little bit of fanservice, but for the love of god, it's not destroying the very fabric of society. It is ridiculous the amount of power that SJW's have over the industry right now.
Maybe I'm missing something, but didn't we know it was faster like...a year ago? This is kind of a delayed comparison.
@PhoenixUp
....perhaps if the entire game didn't have generally bad voice acting, this argument would make sense...but this was just the worst of many, many cringe-worthy scenes caused by the bad acting.
In all fairness, "sexy dancing" does kind of cross the boundaries of professionalism here, regardless of gender.
There is some much better quality footage out there of this segment of the game. This video is a blurry mess.
You all should know that gamers complain because they still intend to buy whatever they're complaining about.
If it was a matter of simply not buying a product, these companies would not be screwing everyone over in the first place. I will make no comment on the game's actual value (because I obviously have not played it), but the truth is it is going to be $60 precisely because it is what people will begrudgingly pay for it.
Consumers, as a whole, ar...
I lol'd at the epic music playing as the screen sweeps revealed...absolutely NO CHANGES!
This looks interesting, but after playing two of the four Five Nights at Freddy's, I've kind of been actively avoiding the horror games that rely so heavily on jump scares.
...not because I am afraid, but because they have begun to annoy the ever loving crap out of me.
To be honest, more than the graphics what's scaring me is the motion controls.
...I thought after the Wii I would never have to aim with motion controls again...
Dude, I got Mew at the truck, but you can only catch him if you've logged over 5000 hours into the game, and there has to be a blood moon out that night. All you do is hold down B near the truck.
Gamers seem content to complain until they get some half-hearted PR apology, and then all is forgiven and forgotten. Industry practices are more consumer un-friendly than they have ever been and it's only getting worse because all this "creative property" BS has created an environment of zero accountability for developers and publishers.
I was going to say the same thing. Zelda 2 just cannot escape that stigma. Honestly, although I would still put the original Legend of Zelda higher on a list like this, I feel like Zelda 2 has actually aged better overall...
And screw those DS games. Those should be at the bottom with the Four Swords games....and throw Skyward Sword further down the list too, while we're at it.
First of all, you think this is a 20 year franchise!?
And second of all, what would be the issue with the character aging along with the actress? I think that would be quite interesting, actually.
It would never happen, though. Studio execs are as ridiculous as you are about aging.
Well, that's the real problem I have with him. His mouth and general celebrity tends to overshadow the accomplishments of the rest of the teams he works with. He did not, by any stretch of the imagination, design any of those games single-handedly, and yet his name is affixed to them as if he painstakingly crapped them out of his own bowel one day.
