I stopped playing the day the patch was announced. I just kept thinking about the great updates they announced and decided I didn't want to play it until I had the update. Didn't realize I would wait so long, but the wait ends tomorrow.
This comment is true. There's nothing wrong with not wanting to see or hear anything having to do with gay sex. It's when you take that attitude to gay people themselves when it's bad. And there's nothing wrong with his avatar :P.
Many of these comments are not polite.
Just because they say no offense, doesn't mean they can just say anything they want without being offensive.
Look at Mercenarie's comment. He says no offense and then says
"besides who would actually play a game with a homosexual male lead character that has sex with every guy he comes across or shares his own detailed sexual stories? not me."
Wow, is that his view of how all homosexual males ...
Just take a look at some of testies comments. He is essentially saying, I don't have anything wrong with homosexuals, but keep them away from me.
The homophobia in here is strong.
What can you really expect when all the great stuff was being pushed out for Christmas. A lot of the big studios just got back into the office, and not many games are coming out anytime soon either. It's not a great update, but I don't really know what to ask for.
DD is a great idea, that is slowly becoming more and more prominent. BUT, until DD can put out the same quality that a Blu ray disc can... and also not deplete a huge faction of your hard drive, it won't be the standard.
Pretty standard. Nothing to praise them for, nor to laugh at. The big factor though, is how enjoyable are those 10 hours? Not much longer until we find out.
These microtransactions aren't the only way Sony will make money in home.
I guess it turns out Sony knew what they were doing this whole time. I still haven't set foot in home since about the first week or so... but you can't argue with numbers like that.
Impressive. I played GTA 4 and have no clue how to steal a car still. If GTA is correct, I assume you just smash a window open then the keys are magically in the ignition.

I haven't listened to IGN's or Sarcastic Gamers general podcasts so I can't comment on those.
These are the podcasts I listen to weekly. Hopefully you find something you like there. 1 Up Yours was my favorite though.
I visit their site at least a few times a week, and listen to most of their podcasts. I didn't notice any bias... and I like the PS3 more.
Fridays were always one of my favorite days of the week because of 1up =/.
I had a similar experience after playing Panzer Dragoon.
I'm not a really good judge on graphics comparisons, so I can't really say. I can say that Guerrilla has impressed me either way.
This got me so upset that I threw my bottle of lotion at the wall.
Certainly "looks" good, and I sure hope it is good.
I wanted to wait until I had more time to devote to it, instead of trying to play it in between all these other games that came out during the holiday.
