I am not a fan of the hardcore ranks. If anything give me a different color for my weapons or something. I don't care about the symbol next to my name.
The new ranks better give me stuff and not just be like prestige.
Not having to waste gas and being able to be extra lazy are worth it.

I was going to mention that there is spawn invulnerability, but you beat me to it :). And the person above me is right, it does go away when you start firing.
If they aren't using any 3rd party software (which I wouldn't even think is possible on a console game) then it is not the player's fault that they can glitch. The developers should fix their game instead of putting the blame on other people. I love KZ 2, and I think GG did a great job, but they need to take responsibility for the glitches and stop blaming other people.
I don't condone cheating, but maybe they should fix their glitches instead of banning people.
This is cool. Indy companies don't have the same budgets as big companies, and this will really help them be able to make great games for PSN.
As awesome as Onlive sounds, it also sounds like something ahead of its time. I hope it works perfectly, but I see it failing.

I haven't played the single player, but I did get the highest rank in multiplayer last week.
This happens every time a big game is released. Their system happens to fail while the game is in the drive, and instead of thinking maybe my system just failed on its own... or maybe I didn't take good care of it, they decide it must be the game that did it.
It doesn't feel much different to me. And it certainly doesn't feel like CoD 4.
I've been missing Conan, and I wasn't enthused when I heard Fallon was taking his spot... but I've been watching the past few nights, and while it hasn't been that great, he is getting better. I still don't think he was the right choice, but he has some potential.
What is up with all of these articles about Killzone 2 sales? Could we at least wait until some official numbers get announced before we talk about it?
I unlocked all 3 earlier this week, and found that the only thing I use is the energy drink. The bat is okay, but I isn't worth the loss of a double jump in my opinion. The new shotgun is also okay, but one missed shot can really screw you over since you only have 2 bullets and a longer reload time.
I hope the patch fixes the problem I had in multiplayer earlier. I saw this dead Helghast on the ground and I ran over and shot him in the face and blood splattered on the ground. I was in awe over the effect of the light shining on his blood soaked body. Unfortunately, I was shot in the back while I was staring at this beauty. Please fix the excessive prettiness Guerrilla.
I'm actually happy with this update. I'm trying Hawx now, but other than that there's nothing to keep me from playing Killzone in all it's glory tomorrow.
I don't "want" colored weapons, but it would be better than nothing. It was just an example of something they could have done instead of giving us nothing.
