Thanks very much for the spoiler title... Now I won't have the more tense experience. Idiots.
Why was this approved?
@Thunderbird86
Ninja Theory have just proved games development does not need a hundred man team, 20 men in suits pushing deadlines, microtransactions, day one patches, multi million dollar budgets and DLC to create a AAA single player game... At half the price of a regular AAA game.
I would love to see publishers explain their destitution and reasoning to try and skim more money from us with bad practices with that information in hand.
...
Hmmm, the majority of esports games are MOBAs... The most uninteresting games I can think of outside of financial simulators.
Aye, they can be fun for a couple of days, but like playing them, watching them is as much a grind.
I enjoy watching stuff like Injustice 2, but MOBAs and FPS games are just same old same old.
Does this mean gamingbolt won't be allowed to post biased, uninformed tripe on n4g anymore? Never heard so much drivel in my life.
And the unannounced multiple hacks on XB Live?
At least Sony warned it's user base.
The answer to that is that people should pick decent IDs from the outset. It fails me that gamers actually pick usernames that they don't want when they create their account.
That, or create a new account and forget about your trophies. They're worthless anyway.
I say it every time I see one of these stories... Who needs a price drop?
Pro, 2 games (usually good ones) for £350 from most game stores in bundles. You're getting the Pro for £280 anyway, so the price is almost half of that of an XoX with no games, and certainly no must have exclusives.
It won't be dead in the water, but most adults and gamers can do basic maths. There's no competition if you aren't an absolute Xbox zealot.
Why not just call your site Xbolt? We know that you're heavily biased towards the Microsoft brand... The brand that hates it's consumers and pushes gaming in the direction of bit-part hobbies where you pay for each and every thing.
First there was the console. Buy the machine, then the network adaper, and the online capability, oh, and don't forget that much needed hd player. Then, they want the NSA to spy on you, must have Kinect hooked up, we want a home ente...
Great news. We don't need a £300 a year culture that caters to those with plenty of money to waste on hardware.
If I wanted to blow all my cash on upgrades while sacrificing game purchases, I'd do up my PC instead.
Gaming does not need the equivalent of Apple.
My digital copy will have to be retired. Had more runs than Usain Bolt and still worth another couple of hundred, I reckon.
Hope I can get a copy in the UK.
They don't need to drop the price. You can buy a Pro with one or two games in a package for £100 cheaper than an XoX with nothing on it's release.
@Petebloodyonion
If you read my post properly, you'll see that I said parents will go for the cheaper console. I never even mentioned whether that's the upgraded models or not.
As for the games, it was in regard to gamers wanting a console, not the parents. Totally different sentence and subject.
It's amazing how people would actually look less like idiots if they actually read an entire post, before jumping on someone's...
No they won't. Most parents will probably go for the cheaper option for Christmas presents. Most gamers that were waiting for a price for XoX, unless they're die hard Microsoft fans or spec junkies, will see that Sony have a cheaper option with huge exclusives coming in the new year, along with third party titles that will probably look little different to their XoX counterparts.
It's amazing how biased opinions seem to speak for the entire gaming population, in...
You can buy a PS4 Pro, with Horizon and Wipeout for £350 in the UK at the minute. Basically, you're getting the console for £280... I'd say that's a bargain. Why do people keep asking for another £50/$50 off when plenty of places do bundle deals with great prices?
I really enjoyed the first game... Well, once they fixed the borders. The schizophrenic way it skipped from area to area was actually quite good for a horror game perspective and so much more welcome than the past few Resident Evil games.
Like the same chuntering bollocks that Spencer keeps saying about single player games being no longer relevant...
It seems like Microsoft and it's diehard, corporate suit loving fans and journos are willing to ignore two of the most productive, fan friendly companies that are giving gamers perfect examples of well done single player exclusives by the bucketload.
Everyone is free to choose the console they want, just don't expect us to be steered i...
Shadows of the Empire, Rogue Squadron II, Super Empire Strikes Back, KotOR and Star Wars Galaxies all wave hello...
A new Buzz game incoming?
What about us gamers who may have experienced mental illness and find that the game does a good job.
Does your second hand experience give you more right to say that Ninja Theory had no right in using mental illness as a plot device than say, someone who has actually experienced it first hand.
I'm truly sorry that you have had such issues in life, but getting offended and trying to stop exposure by airing your views, does nothing but censor something ...
