Secondly, Nomura would not be the one to announce it if that were the case; it would be Wada in all likelihood. Finally, I think the opportunity for Versus to go multi has passed. Microsoft would have it announced at their conference at E3, in the territory where they are strongest, instead of the territory where they are the absolute weakest, in Japan.

Overheating consoles don't flash lines across your TV screen, it either completely shuts down or completely freezes. That looks more like a connection problem to the TV.
