But to say the 360 offers only FPSs and has nothing else to offer is ill-informed and incorrect.

R&C's biggest fans will be 12-year olds. It's demographics targets, very effectively so, younger gamers. I have no doubt it sell very well, but it IS constrained by its age group.
Sure, there will be some older gamers who will buy, or rent, the game. These will be hardcore platfomer fans.
What you WON'T see happening is adult gamers talking about R&C while gathered around the company watercooler. It's not going happen.

Halo 3 has impacted 360 sales more than you think because the percent increase has been increasing for weeks now. If you compare it to last month, then you truly see how much Halo 3 impacted console sales.

Halo 3's sales will carry over into 2008 in substantial numbers. What many have not noted is that Halo 2 and the Halo 1&2 combo pack have been steady sellers for a long time.
The point is that as 360s are sold the first-time Xbox gamers, Halo 3 will be the one title most likely to be purchased along with the new console.
The Halo series IS a system seller. Of that, there can be no denial.
Fanboy just an avid gamer with more exerience than most. Halo 2 graphics? Absolutely NO! While Halo 3's graphics are not comparable to GOW or Bioshock, they're not far behind either. And certainly a HUGE step up from Halo 2.
I meant what I said about Halo 3 being the most complete console fps ever. There's just so much to do, find and customize. Halo's multiplayer is second to none---period.

And the games listed. There were some awesome TurboGrafx game released on CD. It's nice to see these games being released --- and introduced, to a new generation.
I have'nt had ANY problems with lag, freezing or any other issue.
What I HAVE noted is that if a player attempting to join one of my co-op or multiplayer games does not have a good connection, the player will not be allowed to join.

The PS3 is powerful processing machine. But it's not ideal for gaming. It's complexity is the PS3's worst enemy. The 360's triple-core processor and custom-built graphics card ARE made for gaming.
Devolpment cycles will always be faster -- and more efficient on the 360. It's Microsoft's well thought out XNA Toolkit that gives Xbox game developers a distinct advantage.
Whether it's true or not remains to be seen.
Take a look at Amazon Japan's TOP 100 list. Seven of the first 25 slots are held by 6 Xbox 360 games---AND the Xbox 360 Elite console!
