you haven't played a 360 game for awhile and you turn it on and it has to update? I don't think so. I would rather have it automatically update when the fix is ready then have them wait and do it a couple times a year.
And there were major updates that should have been done before the units were release. Since they have been fixed, most people forget that it was a problem. This to will happen with the PS3. the issues will be forgotten after they are fixed.
I hope it isn't just a rumor and we will see this video on the 20th.
With fixing problems on the fly. If they fix or update all that was mentioned, then they will be on the right path.
I am still patient that they will add the promised games to the 360 BC. It is always good news when they fix issues.
360 and PS3 to get the wireless to connect. I have the 360 wireless adapter and it won't work 100% with a lot of routers. If you call support, they ask if the router has the XBOX compatible logo. If it doesn't they won't help you. The problem is within the system and letting you communicate with everyone. I had to buy another router that worked with it. So I would give the 360 4 controllers for difficulty! Not to mention the 100 extra for the wireless adapter and more for another route...
Online multiplayer is added. This is the Japanese version that doesn't have online multiplayer yet. As it stands, the game is definitely very good. I hope they don't screw up on the multiplayer.
Would be awesome every year. They will be luck if they can get a Halo game every other year unless they have other companies working on it. Maybe Halo wars in 2009!
He didn't say "dirty disk" he said scratched disk. Cleaning a scratched disk won't do any good. Take the article for what it is worth. You probably don't destroy your disks, so you don't have anything to worry about. It is good news for those who have this problem.
Isolated incident. Not a mass problem.
with the flame war...
Those are the ones I got. COD2, GRAW to name a few. But there haven't been that many games that are unique. I am looking forward to both sides putting out the next batch of good games.
I agree that the cheap 360 wasn't worth it. The cheap PS3 wasn't worth it until they put HDMI in. Now it is worth it.
When you got the cash you do what you want. So if your so broke... go play with your wii.
Anyway, you fanboys need to stop hating and enjoy what ever they have or can afford.
Be a fan of the games and not the companies. I don't care for either company as a whole, but I own all their machines to play the good games. Its not that hard to do, you just have to swallow you pride.
I agree they have had some flops. They have also had some great successes DVD, walkman... Aside from cost, the blueray technology to me has the most to offer in the long run when cost comes down. I am not going to invest in either format (other than getting a PS3 for games not movies) until a unified format comes about or one dies off. But it is hard not to jump in when you view either format in 1080p at best buy. Stunning visuals.
It usually means things get better. I don't see how it could be taken negative.
When Sony announced the inclusion of blueray, the MS fanboys jumped in saying why... Then others said that gamers don't buy game machines to watch movies and that they wouldn't make a difference. Now they are counting on those same gamers that supposedly don't use their game machines to watch movies to fight the format war. This is very John Kerryish with the flip flopping. First they say no we don't need it, then they say awe we need to support it. That is what drives me crazy.
We were saying the same last year with the 360.
With the lack of other excellent games, it was obvious this would be the fastest selling xbox exclusive title...
