As for the game in hand, it looks fantastic running on the console. Certainly as good as anything available at the moment for the system, and for consoles in general.

It's clearly all 100% in-game gameplay. Not cutscenes. Not a render. It's gameplay. Look at running sections and the part on top of the building when prone. That's all been taken from actual in-game single-player footage from the demo shown to journalists earlier in the month. Only a complete clown with little to no knowledge of how DICE work, or a PS3 headcase, who's slighlty got himself in a bit of a tiff over how good this actually looks, would doubt it. This game blows the doors and hinges off of anything out there visually. The PS3 and 360 versions won't get anywhere near close to the visual quality seen in these screens and the trailer, which some even doubt is real. That's how good it looks.

How can they make Fifa 12 better than 11? It's simple: completely bin the current AI and overhaul it so that teams play like their respective real world counterparts. Barca playing with a quick tempo, close triangle style passing game for example. You just don't see that in the game at all. I don't want to be playing the Wigans or Boltons and see them playing counter-attacking football that Arsenal would be proud of. That's just bollocks and ruines the immersion.
