I don't think is EPIC's fault.... EPIC are always proud of their engine and there is no reason why they would purposely screw their bread and butter... I wouldnt call Playstation vs XBox a fair battle.... the PS3 has the advantage of brand recognition and already stablished IP such as Metal Gear and final fantasy... and lots of fans... compared to the relative new to the market xbox 360. I don't like this comparison... I don't know if it is the video or the color scheme or/and style of UT... but it seems as if Gears look better.... For a second it looks more like halo... maybe UT should be compared to Halo 3 instead.

I think everyone was expecting (at least I was) PS3 sells to go up on the week of E3 and the price drop. Honesly I was expecting sales to be a lot more. and maybe they are... It's not that the wii is insignificant nor no one is denying it's ability to sell... The same way no one can deny the fact that DVD sells more disks than both HD formats put together... does that make DVD a better experience? the wii has its advantage and it's that it apeal to the casual gamer and strong price advantage.
Just because the wii sells many copy it does not mean... it's putting in danger the PS3 or the Xbox 360. All those hardcore gamers or people that play non-casual games...

A few things need to happen in order to fix this problem... I think they are somewhat happening... Slowly ... but getting there..
1) Create easy to use development tools so developers don't have to spend too much time learning or making games.
2) Cheap or Free Software Development Kits.
3) Pay developers more money... saddly many web or business developers make more money than game developers and with a lot less effort.
4) Mass marke...

I am not going to set my expectations too high with this game Multiplayer. I like metal gear because of the storyline and the single player missions... with games like WarHawk (designed to be multiplayer) it will be hard for games like this one which primary focus is single player to be that great... Kojima promissed a lot for the PS2 in terms of multiplayer... I only played MG online 2-3 times.
