Doesn't anybody else not like the fact that Nintendo is the only one that centers their games around their console? Sony and MS make hardware... that's it...
Which is why Sony and MS still have "traditional" outdated controllers.
Any software engineers they do have are bought. I just don't like that.

I'm assuming you're a fan of CoD, Uncharted, AC, Halo and every other duck and cover third and first person shooter. Because that description is perfect, as most of those games "regurgitate" every year or two. Sounds to me like you're scared, maybe you should be.
Think of Mario as the James Bond of video games... He reinvents himself every 5 or 6 years and he's just not going to go away.
Omg dude, give it up. I don't see what everyone is bitching about, there's plenty of games right now. There's some awesome Wii games I still have yet to play.
The average Wii U gamer isn't going to be waiting for games, they're just going to enjoy it.
Megaman 3 is still one of the greatest games of all time... that game helped raise me.
It's a tossup between MM3 and Zelda II for me.
I want a new Star Fox game for christ's sake.
I can't seem to get enough Metroid either.
Give me Smash Brothers and Zelda and I'm good.

I remember the newer nes Tetris with all the Nintendo characters playing instruments. -- Still one of the best endings in history.
And when the sales start pouring in, he'll say it was the software and not the price drop.

I'm not sure we understand just how bad this economy has been suffering. My fear is how much Sony and MS bring each other down in this type of climate.

They can go to hell.
They sell new used games for 5 dollars less than a brand new copy, when that money should be going to developing companies.
Gamestop "is" a very serious reason why video games aren't doing well right now, but that's just me.

Say what you will. What I see is money only being made by Nintendo. Microsoft just started making it, and Sony is in the red. Nintendo prospers when "hardcore" gamers don't care about Nintendo. I think that's what drives you crazy.

I think it's clear Nintendo is the only company that knows what it's doing. Everyone else just throws ideas at consumers and sees what sticks.
They act like Smash Brothers wasn't the game that invented trophies. I think Nintendo can decide what they want to do with their own creations.
