yeah well I dropped a thousand dollars on my Ps3 and my 40gig crapped out on me.
Sony was prepared to give me a refurb for $15o.
So 360 pros fixed mine for 100 and it crapped out again.
I went to Sony because all of the problems that the 360 had, and it still didn't work out too well. That's not to say everyone's experience turned out that way. MS's numbers are off by a few million I would argue.

Honestly, I wouldn't mind getting rid of game sharing, if the price of games were dropped to 30 or 40 dollars.

I'm sorry, I was really looking forward to this reveal and withheld judgement for a few days for benefit of the doubt.
How can you not be disappointed that game sharing is long gone? Recognizing more people in the room? Voice recognition at other people's house? I have so many questions. As far as I can tell, MS fans are still faithful even though they've been abandoned. I guess they just aren't making enough money.

They've already released the older StarTropics games on VC for Wii.
There's nothing different in terms of design. It's the same controller.

I might believe a little over half of what these rumors imply. That StarTropics rumor doesn't sound plausible. I don't even think Retro could get the rights to it, though I haven't even finished Zora's Revenge.
Nintendo looks like it's going all in with as much software as they can possibly muster either way it goes, specially for the holidays.
I sure would like to hear about a new StarFox or Metroid at some point.
WiiU is next-gen because of innovation.
I think Nintendo is set-up to win this battle, not because it's superior, but because Nintendo knows what consumers want.

There's hardly enough people online. I've never seen more than 3,000. Other than that, it's the superior experience. I played it on the Gamepad once and haven't gone back since.
