The irony is that PC gamers constitute half of all gamers. Only the most extreme cases of anger in the community are ridiculed. For every 1 youtube PC lunatic, there are thousands more regular pc gamers who could care less about what consoles are doing.

Seeing how Gamecube made money while the Ps3 and 360 lost billions, I think Gamecube was a success. But that's entirely off topic.

Developers don't want the daunting task of convincing the miniscule amount of Nintendo fanbase there are is, to buy their games on a system named after a console that is despised by the hardcore gaming community.
I love Nintendo, but they chose their own position in this environment.
