Gamestop can rot in hell.
Their trade-in values are absurd and every used game that's worth anything is only 5 bucks off. Even BestBuy offered me 40 bucks a piece for Knack AND BF4 over the holidays.
They are an unnecessary middleman leeching off of the industry.
Assassin's creed says hi
I disagree.
Third party does well when they make good games and market them.
Monster Hunter 3, or Rayman for example...
ZombiU was no good and WiiU launch titles from 3rd party were ports, so... there you have it.
WiiU has the superior COD games.
Rayman is better, so is every other third party game that has gone multiplatform on WiiU.
You can find Mass Effect 3 pretty cheap, he'll like that.
Scribblenauts is good too.
Why not just sell it to someone who might appreciate it?
That way you can buy all those Ps4 games that everyone is playing?
Oh wait... they're not out yet...
Don't forget Monster Hunter, Pikmin and W101!!
I won a Ps4 from Taco Bell. And there's really nothing that interests me at all. It's not going to stay that way.
I'm pissed that all my Ps3 downloads don't transfer: Why does Nintendo transfer VC games but Sony doesn't transfer their games?
There's not much to play on Ps4 besides Knack, Killzone, and a few on PsxPlus
WiiU has all kinds of games right now.
I'd like to see a remade Zelda ll... which was my favorite for years.
That was back when everybody made games stupid hard.
I'm a HUGE Zelda fan... and OoT was a bit of a let down for me, as was WW.
Whatever it is, it's a home console/handheld hybrid...
Probably like a Vita that you can just hook to your TV.
At least that's what I'm gathering.
I actually prefer a smaller fight if only to limit the chaos.
I don't particularly care for BF, but I think having less people helps refine the experience.
Why not prioritize quality over quantity?
Battlefield is overrated
You are correct.
But it feels like they left their first year entirely 3rd party with nothing but a 2D Mario.
We got Zombiu, some 2012 ports and a revolutionary COD experience cmpletely ignored by its fanbase...
"Gamers" like to play the games that Nintendo isn't worthy of.
But they shoulda left the Wii out and just called it the U._. or UNintendo._. anything but Wii
Retro and Monolith are some of the best in the biz.
I wish 3rd party would collaborate more with Nintendo.
ZombiU just wasn't that good.
Monster Hunter did really well.
I might trade in KillZone for this.
Gaming has become more political.
You hear only 6 vs 6 and think that it's underpowered because BF4 is what? 32?
Yeah, but we keep getting better looking games and little differences in experience.
What can Ps4 do that Ps3 can't besides social networking and a little more PC function?
Everybody bitches about Nintendo not coming out with anything "new" and are too repetitive while all the "gamers" gobble up GTA, COD, and Assassin's Creed.
I think politics is ruining the gaming industry.
I'll just say what I said earlier.
Nintendo left their first year wide open for developers to make money off of, and early WiiU adopters got a lackluster zombie game, 2012 ports, and the COD fanbase ignoring the best versions of the game. And it doesn't help that Nintendo had to put Wii in the name, to further cement the impression of childishness.
Just more politics.
In a way it's better that Nintendo isn't dominating the ...
They're combining the handheld and home console systems.
Most likely what the Vita should be able to do right now with the Ps4, but it does not.
Maybe we can expect a Vita released with two more triggers. I'd pay good money for that.
Everyone has agreed that WiiU has much simpler architecture in the hardware in comparison to their competitors, therefore rendering it easier to develop for.
It's not really hard to understand.
It's fine.
Games will be coming out consistently this year.
If things are still like this a year from now, then yeah sure, "game over".
Maybe one of these companies will be dropping out of the console business, but it won't be Nintendo
