"Huge mistake".
Nah. They know what they're doing. Don't need a game show to unveil release dates of games that we've already seen. Better to put those resources elsewhere.
@Krib: I do remember, hence the word >>>ALWAYS<<< for Microsoft. Sony rarely responds to them, which is great, as a result, because they also continue to pummel them into the ground. That's what happens when you put up and shut up.
Hopefully, you were quite as thankful for Sony when Microsoft was about to sell you a console that wouldn't even let you play used games.
OT: I notice that it is Microsoft who must always 'respond' to Sony, while Sony stays quiet and continues to batter them across the face like Mike Tyson against a boxing rookie.
I know it's my opinion. That's..... a no brainer in a public forum.
I'm simply stating that there's nothing the Xbox One X does that revolutionary. It's just a very powerful, and capable, device.
You didn't read the article, it seems.
None of that makes it second to none. A well equipped, well prepared current gen console? Definitely.
How is it second to none?
Title says Xbox.
OT: I actually had a lot of fun with the demo, so this is a pick up for sure.
Doesn't have to raise the bar and 87 is a score that says the game is obviously of high quality. Just because someone wishes it were higher doesn't make that any less true.
"Lots of games arent exclusive and look just as good."
No, they don't.
Yeah, nothing about this looks generic (I see this buzzword is making a return). The crafting was particularly interesting.
Yes, this exactly.
Meaning you DO care. :P
I'm sorry, but this is a lot of hot air.
OT: This game can't come soon enough!
Well, some articles have narratives to feed, so that's why you'll still see Spider-Man brought up. For the rest of us, and Digital Foundry, it was anything BUT downgraded (one of the overly used buzz words of this gen, similar to 'generic' from last).
Uh, no.
Gran Turismo 5 sold over 11 million units, actually.
Yup!
Hang on for the ride. Happens ever time a new PS4 exclusive comes out and steals the show. Very much a sense of jealousy (though not sure why). Same type of garbage articles appeared after God of War released. So, what we do is, instead of giving them clicks, which is all they're after (I don't even need to read its nonsense to know), you point, laugh, and then we should stop commenting on them.
Exactly. Cross-play was hardly a factor even before last week. It's not going to be any kind of game changer.
