It would definitely be interesting to see if they could pull off an old school style final fantasy - art style, not gameplay. Those days are basically gone I think for the main numbered series. I have such high regard for ff9 though that I can't see any final fantasy to be able to top it.
Why do we fall, Bruce?
?? Zodiac Age is FF XII. XII=12. VII=7.
I think there's an audience for these late reviews. I haven't bought this game because I was waiting for it to go cheap, plus I heard it had issues, so I'd be interested in hearing a 2016 update on something like this.
Yes I feel it is especially slow on the Death Star levels. Never had an issue before. I think because the environments are so large, it makes it feel slower
Yes I get kicked out about half my matches now. On ps4 also.
Absolutely agree.
I'd love them to take a shot at a Superman game, if only to see if it's possible to make a good Superman game.
Either that or Green Lantern, but I have no ideas how someone could really pull that off. I just love Green Lantern.
I agree with this review. Granted I haven't played a lot of the dlc yet, the new maps aren't stellar. Really disappointed by the Death Star interior.
Seeing as both are free thinking individuals and capable of intellectual conversation, I'd say you have no clue what you're talking about. There are other sort of cases where a zombie comparison could be made, such as the skull parasite soldiers in MGSV or the armies under the control of ocelot in mgs4, but these two are not zombie like at all.
Don't like that the games in folders still only follow horizontally. Would rather it be like a grid for easier and faster viewing.
So 6 hours then? Lol just kidding, never played the first, but wasn't it extremely short depending on how you played?
Wish TT didn't abandon releasing their games on Vita. I prefer this type of game on a handheld.
From what I understand it is the TV that processes HDR, not anything the PS4 or any other machine does, or HDMI. I could be wrong, I'm still researching it myself.
It seems like a lot of people really are making comments without understanding what they're talking about. @Tobsesan I'm not saying this is you. HDR has nothing to do with 4k, but you do need an HDR enabled 4k TV to use HDR. HDR is a technology that splits individual frames of a moving image and proce...
I'm torn on which is better. One of the first things I noticed in the gamescom demo was how flat the clouds looked in the sky, and the foliage at that massive bird segment was super poor quality. But everything else to me was so impressive.
I've never played 5. Is it worth it? I feel like it had this misfortune of being between 4 and 6. Though it didn't release outside of Japan for a while, so maybe that doesn't matter.
@dragonknight he was leader of the project for something like 6 or 7 years with nothing to show for it. I'm calling that a failure.
They've already said that there's missions, hunts, etc for after you complete the game. It opens up again. It's not like it'll be locked in to linear completely. Besides, if you read his quote he mentions the "main path" of the second half, which implies there's more than just the main story, so it's not going to be strictly linear at this point.
How is this different than, say FF8 after the time compression? You're completely locked i...
Tmnt 2 on NES was the first game I ever beat. Will never forget that game.
