yea, jason360 is gonna make a "citizens arrest".
i'm not into the gaiden series, but if gears devs can put a little more effort into the story, weapons, and throw some larger battles at us; this will kick major butt.
and resistance is better. but i think this because of the great weapons, story, and huge battles. i liked gears, but felt the story was lacking and the weapons(other than the chain saw) too standard. overall, the levels in gears felt thrown together. there lacked a cohesiveness to the game as a whole.(probably due to the lacking story) i really hated the final level of gears too. it was too average to be the end level.
edit.-by the way, you sound just as bad as any fanboy out there........
what he says isn't wrong. i wouldn't let my kids sit around and play games all the time. and i never let them play any violent/mature rated games. these are for adults.
i like the ability to head-butt. the rest seems kind of standard fare. i don't like the death animations and the guns don't sound right. overall, this is a rent for me.
i can't wait to play.
have you seen the current prices ms charges for their hdd for the 360? not cheap. and they only allow their hdd to be put into 360s. so, i doubt that ms is going to come up with a "cheap" option.
re-read what you just wrote and explain to yourself what you just said? i tried to read it a couple of times but bad writing/spelling makes it seem like nonsense. mircrosoft is going to try to force dd on people because that is all they have left.
what about the millions of people who don't have access to high speed internet? is microsoft saying only people who have the internet will be allowed to watch new movies in the future? movies studios will never want to go dd only because they know it cuts out huge amounts of money they would get from discs.
this game has taken 10 years to develop? it looks passable but hardly worth that kind of wait.
i own a ps3 and i think the shirt is hilarious. i want one! anyone who doesn't takes things waaaaay too seriously
that was a well-written post. the person who disagreed must not have mastered reading comprehension.
boy, are you confused. wow, hd-dvd fails and now you believe that ms had this planned and that dd will now magically rule the world? sorry, but you're beyond confused and bordering on mental illness.
you don't know netflix exists right now? and you believe netflix will limit themselves to working with ms and not sony, tivo, satellite and cable tv? come on, they'll put netflix in every box that will have it; and it will be good for everyone as another option.
1st. you believe dd has backbone now? and if you do; what is the reason in thinking this? even if netflix hooks up with the 360; are you naive enough to believe that they(netflix) won't want to put their service on every conceivable box that can be connected to a television?
2nd. are you saying you believe dd is going to put an end to actual disc sales? dd can be useful as a rental tool to see what movies are good, bad or ordinary; but, dd is not going to hurt sales of blu or standard d...
why would it be a big thing? i use netflix and i wouldn't buy a 360 for this. i think you're wrong if you think people will line up to buy a 360 just because of this.
DD may be an option for movies, but it is far from replacing (or competing with) actual discs. if you like it, ok; but, that doesn't make it mainstream.
day one purchase. hot shots is loads of fun.
ms SHOULD drop price. their console won't play hi-def movies and is only capable of a "dead" hd-dvd format add-on. plus with the risk of RROD- a price drop should be immediate. not wait until GTA.
sorry, RE5, MGS4, GTA4 or FFXIII would be bigger games. and devs get paid big money for releasing great selling games-not releasing games as fast as they can.
