I could afford all the games that I want, trophy support just gives me another reason to not push games off my list
Pretty much every game comming out has trophies from now on.
I only noticed that Fallout 3, Rise of the Argonots and Fracture where the only games not on the list.
Oh and all the EA sports games...

No PoP either but seeing as how they have only showed one level of that game means they will either delay it or have trophy's for it by November.
I never got into the series until COD4, so I guess I don't mind that this is back to WWII. But dude, you gotta give Treyarch some credit they have taken the COD4 engine and made a bigger game than IW did with 4. Not to mention they also are doing the Bond and Spiderman games. I think some people will be very surprised at how far Treyarch has come from COD3.

They have 6 first party + Bungie and they make deals with developers like Epic and Silicon Knights to produce exclusive games for them to publish. And they sorta have Valve since CEO Gabe 'Fat Bastard' Newell doesn't want to make games for the PS3 even though they are owned by EA.
Sony has about 25 - 30 first and second party developers but they have 4 platforms to push content across, including PSN. So developers like Ready at Dawn and Bend do only PSP titles. And Q games and ...

I don't own a 360 for the last two reasons. But that aside I don't care who 'Wins' the console war, I hope that PS3 sells enough to not get snubbed by 3rd parties, and is profitable this generation. As an American I can understand the allegance to the 360. My only problem with it 'winning' this generation is it opens the flood gates to more pay to play, services. I mean if 360 sells the most this gen then next...
MS annouced the price drop back at E3 so everyone that was waiting for the price drop ran out and picked it up. Now the question is how will it impact sales during the holiday. Are we going to see sustained sales like this or did everyone who was waiting basically grab theirs in September and then level off. Interesting to see what happens. Especially when the warranties start to run out in November.
If you are a parent then why would you buy a 360 for your kid no matter the price? It has almost no games for kids, viva pinata, lips and scene it? You could make the same case for PS3, except they at least have R&C and LBP. I am not saying that parents will not pick up the 360 because of the price point but don't think that the Wii is out selling the 360 because of its price either. The Wii is selling so well because almost all of its games are kid friendly.
MAG is an MMO? I know it is 256 players but are they going to charge a monthly fee to play?

I am sure you will see some of the things on that list. If the list was better I would probably buy a 360 :) but as you can tell it looks like they are running out of tricks and after L4D and GeOW2 they look to be kinda dead in the water as far as exclusives.
