No doubt the X1's were purposely left off the list. Forza, Halo, and Titanfall X1's were really great as well.

As carnage said, no difference. x1 in this case, actually has better lighting and color. PS4 looks muddy and blurred in some cases. But hey, that's just what the video shows, that's called facts. Has nothing to do with fanboyism.

Microsofts "best line up ever" has little to do with catching up to PS4. X1 gamers benefited massively from this line-up, and MS made tons of money.

Those are completely legit CD keys, it is not a grey area. So yeah, $35 AAA games at launch do exist direct from the publisher.
I'm sure there are stolen CD key sites, but not the ones you listed.
