Sony needs to get together with Hasbro and try a joint project for visual card games like Magic the gathering, yugioh, starwars or marvel. Then set up tournaments, leauges and matches via PSN. That can revolutionize the card game industry and the videogame industry. this would be great for pokemon too but that is owned by nintendo. After seeing the judgement eye in action, visual holograms in card games that you used to see in cartoons and movies may happen sooner than later.
It is quite noisy but... just like my computer, i dont mind the noise. If the game is good enough the noise easily gets phased out. i only hear it when a game is loading.
but i can't beleive some of you are on your Third xbox360s... that's insane.
The PSP is doing fine and well end up doing pretty good when it's all said and done. It had a slow start just like everyone of sony's playstations but the best things are yet to come. Games like GT:M,GoW,SilentHill and FFVII:CC will drive the sales.
Will it be more succesfull than the iPod or the DS??? he|| no. but is the PSP a bad product?? no.

read the first sentence, and tell me who funds mistwalker.
now read this site http://www.cooltechzone.com...
and tell me when that article was posted before or AFTER the 360's release???.... ok then.... stfu.
MS FUNDS Mistwalker and without that...
Ofcourse he doesn't like the PS3 or Kutaragi. If Microsoft was funding my projects and gave me a high salary job as the boss of my own studio.... i'd also hate the PS3
i wonder why this isn't on the Wii also, arent developers supposed to be lured into the whole wii mote idea. It seems like the controls would have fitted quite well on the Wii, but i guess the grahpics are going to be too much for the wii to handle.
wait... is this PS3 "folding" used to save lives and diseases?? or is it used for showing off ranks and combined benchmarks??? i never understood the concept of folding b4.... and im still not quite sure what it is
In terms of popularity in 3d fighting games it should go like this.
Tekken > VF > SC > DOA > MK
tekken always has the best tournament turnouts and highest cash prizes all over the world, tekken also has the biggest organized fanbase. DOA might offer pretty animations and big t!tties but tekken has had the best gameplay, go to the EVO tounrament held once every year and ask the REAL fighting gamers there and you'll probably end up hearing the same thin...
Those concepts are not only interesting to look at, but are also very good drawings.
Xenosaga dissapointed me, i've played 1,2, and 3 hoping that any of those would be anywhere NEAR as good as my all time favorite game (Xenogears). Someone needs to make another xenogears title already.... anyways, this is a good move for nintendo, you can never have too many companies under your belt.
Why would SquareEnix want to release their old games on a virtual console if they can easily rerererelease them other consoles and call them collecter editions for a much higher price???? Either way if people want it that bad on a virtual console then they should just get it for an emulator on a PC, it's not too hard to do that and it's free.
I remember when Adam Sessler from G4TV embarrassed Jack Thompson on live TV, YouTube and Podcast. Jack Thompson is just one of those lawyers that wants some attention so he can feel important, so he targets games/gamers. What a publicity sL(_)t, im glad some people are starting to see that he's full of Sh1t
"If MS can release some good racers, some sort of flight game, a few epic JRPG's, and even some "globaly thoughtful western style games" they could start winning some market over there. Cross your fingers on Eternal Sonata coming to the PS3."
You type as if releasing a few "epic" JRPGs is very easy to do, and didn't MS alreadly have some good racers??? Project Gotham and Forza??? (ofcourse we all know neither of those games can go head to head with...
that's b/c Microsoft funds Sakaguchi's studio, and Microsoft publishes their games, all in an attemp to improve the appeal of the Xbox360 and Microsoft name in Japan. So BlueDragon and anyother games made under Mistwalker will NEVER be on the PS3. When Sakaguchi was in SquareEnix he was more of an overseer/producer than a developer, much younger guys with fresher and newer ideas were the ones directing the games. I'm guessing that made sakaguchi a little bitter and then Microsoft came and off...
Eternal E 808 :Holy Sh!T, you need to go back to elementary school and learn what a sentence is. You post like how an angry latina talks, the ones that take a breath while they continue to yap. Anyways the US, Europe and Japan makes up for the majority of the gaming market. No other countries comes close to the size of the console markets compared to those three (and for europe i only count the UK). And what do you mean by "our" games??? you are a MSfanboy, which means any Sonyfanb...
How do you figure that???
The early stats for the dreamcast and PS3 are polar opposites....
Dreamcast sold very well at it's launch months with lots of games and eventually lost to a more expensive system (PS2) with less games that offered a built-in dvd player and similair specs...
PS3 sold awful during their launch months with very little games, all while having a built-in Bluray player, being the most expensive system, and having very similar specs as the nearest compe...
There will eventually be a price drop, question is when. I doubt sony would say anything about a price drop unless they intend to do it very soon after the statement... Which means i think this report is bogus. Price drops don't really matter to me, since ill get whateever system as long as it has a game i want to play. I dished out 400+ dollars just for gears when i bought my xbox360, and ill probably dish out 600 for heavenlysword/ninja gaiden sigma. But price drops are very important for t...
Some Sony haters/ MS fanboys are really really picky. If you hate Sony you shouldn't be posting "HAHAHA the PS2 IS OUT SELLING THE PS3", either way, Sony wins if they still sell more than the competition, no matter what console it is. The more PS2's sold, the more time Sony has to give the PS3 a price cut and more games (which is stupid that people are complaining about that, this early in the PS3 lifespan as if no other system was expensive at first and lacked games in it's few mon...

trust me, you'll have to do alot more than just hacking and slashing inorder to beat ninja gaiden. As a matter of fact, you can't even hack and slash through the intro stage of ninja gaiden. If you don't mix it up in that game and play smart, you'll end up chucking your remote into the TV screen.
