Forget about Motorola. I recently bought the Moto Razr v3, and returned it. Exchanged it for the Moto Krzr, returned it, Exchanged it for the Q and ended up returning it. Now i bought the Palm Treo 700wx and i'm never going back. The Treo makes these phones look like a joke.

HD-DVD is going to have a hard time when Spiderman3 (awful movie) gets released for bluray. I believe that's when we all see the total sales gap start to break open.

My friend was invited to a beta testing for this RPG game called "diablo 2" back in 99 (or was it 98??) when he was still in collage in California.... so is your post based on sarcasm or did you just recently find out that the word "beta testing" is used as a short way of saying "incomplete game testing"??
It's good to see developers this generation doing more than just pushing polygons and adding cool new light effects. I believe in this generation well all see more developers focus on camera effects, physics, and animation.

They have been improving RTS controls on consoles ever since that LOTR game..... but gimme a KB&M over a controller ANY day (same for FPS games). Plus i'd rather not pay for XBL if i can play it free online through PC

Sony has way too many industry rivals than Microsoft to be a monopoly. Being a company that works at many different products and industries has nothing to do with being a monopoly. The performance isn't worth that price increase, i'd wait for the R600 or 8850 to get released.
