I might get bashed for this... even though i bought a x360 just for GearsOfWar but.... It is Obvously not innovative (tons of fun but nothing NEW). There's nothing innovative about a title with the code name of "Resident Killswitch". GearsOfWar is a great game but anyone who actaully thought this game was innovative has not played Killswitch or RE4.
P.S. about Fun factor vs Innovation factor-

I wonder.... IF it was going to be released on the xbox360... how would they apply that "lay on his back" tilt aiming they did with the sixaxis on that tech demo?? Kojima WILL make use of the sixaxis, any one who played the previous metal gears knows how much he likes adding little features like that in the game given the opportunity. Now the question is, how will konami apply those very sixaxis commands on the xbox360, IF it were to be released on that platform.
what you mean by "well"?? from what i remember it didn't go as well as Microsoft or Konami had thought, which was one of the reasons konami didn't release MSG3:sub on the xbox aswell...
played both RE4s on both systems,there wasn't a glaring difference in graphics between the two but the gamecube version was smoother. however, the PS2 version made up for it with the Laser weapon and new bonus missions with ada.
thx for the advice but thats quite expensive for me. It would be better if i just bought the wireless xbxo360 adapter ($99.99) and stuck with my cable + router. or just go high speed satilite connection + plus xbox adapter.
Each system will share many third party games. So until the install base for each system is huge, consumers will have to go with what first party games they want to play (if they HAVE to choose only ONE system). Some people will want Bluray and Wifi + tilt, others will want a lower price, bigger harddrive and rumble. It's really preference, thats the bottom line. I personally wouldnt get an elite unless i can get good trade-in value for my upgraded Xbox360 core, but not having wireless connec...

fanboys everywhere are STILL going crazy over sales reports. The sad thing is that you guys (xbox/PS fanboys) are using WEEKLY sales information to try to convince the other which system is better BEFORE any of the nextgen systems reached it's 2 year mark.

That's true, fanboys will ALWAYS bash any news for any system one way or anyother but there has been no system getting it worst than the PS3, atleast it's getting way worst treatment than the Xbox360 from launch until now.
