I didn't expect such hogwash from Gamesradar. It comes across as apologetic. Like MS PR spinning a story to make everything seem alright.
Factually, indie devs aren't that impressed. Eurogamer recently interviewed game devs and indie devs weren't happy.
Surely Microsoft can still fund and publish high quality indie titles, but the irony is that if it's not self-published and self-funded, it's not an indie game anymore.
They'll probably release one with a PC USB dongle, might be pretty cool.
These youtube vids as free marketing for games. It's usually a great way to find out about cool indie games.
If many youtubers are now demotivated to publish Nintendo game footage, then I don't really see it as a positive move for Nintendo.
But maybe there is method to their madness, who knows...
Inside the cube should've been a serum that turns you into Peter Molyneux for a day.

The users at metacritic gave Crysis 3 for the PC 6.2, people say "Campaign was just over six hours. I basically just walked through the whole game in stealth, it was so boring and un-engaging."
Well, at least you can look at the ugly guy's face. Maybe go farm act 3 in Diablo 3? Or wait for the new The Sims, what about Pandaland? Or you can write bug reports for Arma 3.
Or maybe write an article called "Consoles are holding PC's back!&qu...

So when is Milo coming out?
Heart sensing is great... for kinect shovelware.
Great, but next time don't invite gaming journalists and gamers if they aren't your primary focus.
Just say "gaming isn't our focus, this is not a gaming console", then proceed to invite sports and movie/television journalists.
What they are doing now is trying to sell cement mixers at a hairdryer convention.

These are some ways Xbox One can maybe win:
1. At E3 MS says the reveal conference was a prank and they reveal dozens of AAA exclusives and allows self-publishing.
2. They reveal that the Xbox One is half the price of the PS4 or at least $100 less.
3. They remove their dystopian 1984 always online and used games policy.
4. They reveal all the features will be available to everyone at launch.
5. MS makes sure ...
"But the main reason the Xbox One will beat the PS4? The name. The 360 was more popular than the PS3..."
What the... so that is your reasoning Mr. Dalton?
1. Brand popularity does not equate guaranteed future success, otherwise Nokia would still be unstoppable.
2. The Playstation brand is actually more popular than the Xbox brand, but like I said, this does not equate guaranteed future success.
3. The 360 is not mor...

This is the average steam user PC:
CPU of 2.3 Ghz to 2.69 Ghz, 8 gigs RAM and a total of 250 GB to 499 GB HDD, with a Intel HD Graphics 3000.
There is no game developer of publisher who will spend a "Killzone - Shadow Fall" budget to create a game that will only work on a tiny amount of PC's and sell a small amount of copies.
Off topic: does the Xbox one have little wheels underneath it so I can move and ride it around? Day one!
I am sure that MS's PR army is plotting some master plan. I am also sure in a couple of months N4G will be praising the Xbox One. Just remember how many "the PS3 is dead" articles there were on N4G?
Calling it a console is an insult to real consoles, but I have gotten a category in which it'll fit!
It's a "interactive multimedia CD player"!
"This category of device was created to provide more functionality than an audio CD player or game console, but at a lower price than a personal computer with a CD-ROM drive at the time. The cost savings were due to the lack of a hard drive, floppy drive, keyboard, mouse, monitor (a standard tel...
