I think you might be referring to an article that states that Sony were toying around with the idea of motion control prior to the Wii being announced. But thats like saying that Nintendo have been 'toying' around with motion control since the power glove.

The move is not going to EVER be as good as the mouse and keyboard for the exact same reason the Wii is never going to be - this being the fixed reticle issue. Its the simple step of being able to lift your mouse up to disengage input and place it back in the centre of of the mouse pad when you are performing a 180 (or close to) turn. you cant do this with either of these devices, as when you reach the end of the screen you will turn - however getting back to a confortable/playable position w...

Why does he not consider Fallout 3 a RPG? I played both that and Oblivion and consider them (at the core) to be pretty similar? One has guns and one had swords and magic. Surely the presence of guns does not change a genre?
I would be considered a 'hardcore' gamer. I have all avaliable consoles (both handheld or otherwise) and I have easily logged more hours on the DS than any other system. I am also 26. The whole 'DS' is for kids argument = major fail.
Wait until it comes out before making judgment. MGS4 could arguably not be considered 'true' stealth. The shooting mechanics were so much improved over previous games, that you could play the whole game as a TPS if you wanted (obviously 'true' MGS fans played with stealth!).
I'm sure it will be the same with this game, you will be able to 'sneak' past people if you chose to , or you can hack them to pieces

100% agree with you, Prime was my favorite game of last gen, and prime 3 is one of my favorite from this gen. It deserves respect for what it achieved.
I agree slinky. The console version got scored lower than it should have, because alot of reviewers constantly referenced the superiority of the PC version.

All my songs that are in the AAC format (which is basically my entire collection) is lumped together in the 'other' folder. This is such a simple thing that would make this so called 'media'device live up to its name. FFS my PSP handles this task like a pro.....

Thats because the xbox and Zune (and Windows Mobile) are part of a greater strategy than just making money upfront. Microsoft has always owned the home PC market. However what will this market look like in 10-20 years time? Will it be the traditional 'PC', will it be TV based consoles? Will it be SMART phones? Microsoft is wise to have a product line in all of these areas regardless of how much money they lose. Who knows what tomorrow will bring...
I was so obsessed with it. Bioware is by far and away the best developer out there. The level of detail and care they put into crafting their games makes every other developer (bar a select few)seem lazy by comparison.
