Machines don't make a difference. All versions offer the exact same experience. Weather you play it on PS, Xbox or PC. The main thing is its available to more gamers and the gamers can unit with great games like this.

Well both consoles have there fair share of exclusives in all departments so saying that 1 console counters the other out doesn't make sense since there are many games unavailable for the other console. Action/Adventure games are also available on the XB1 so your basically saying XB1 doesn't have these type of games? Well the XB1 did come out 2 years early then it should have. I don't even think MS knew what the XB1 was until there features were finished. But its good to see the console becoming a must have. I have been enjoying it since launch and I really think if your a hardcore gamer that doesn't own one, you should consider one in the near future.
I agree, no point in trying to convince a culture to stop boycotting. I would rather MS spend the money elsewhere. Let Japan miss out. Then again MS is one of the richest companies in the world so its probably not a big deal to them.
Nintendo still seems to be king in Japan, looking forward to the NX.

The problem is all MS's fault. Don't you see and research before posting? Without MS's progression in technology Sony cannot move forward. They cant take the idea and improve on it. So the PS4 is ok because Xbox hasn't innovated and now PS4 is behind by default. So its all Xboxs fault.
That's how I read these articles. If you haven't notice everything is Xbox's fault. Making Tomb Raider Timed was the worse idea in gaming...
Or maybe you should do some research and work out why the 360 didn't sell. Xbox can have everything that market ever wants and they will still boycott it.

Forget the market. I would rather MS focus on there strengths then trying to make a culture of gamers happy when its clear they just don't want to own foreign products. Same with Germany. The jealously of the USA is huge and I am not American but I can see it a mile away. The 360 had many JRPGs and was an amazing system aswell but Japanese still boycotted it.
Its a pity that Japanese gamers boycott systems like this. They are going to be missing out on some great games. Oh well there loss. I enjoy all system and there games.
The problem wasn't the launch, the problem were the gamers who have no clue what there talking about.

Stop with feeding the gaming community crap. We don't need articles throwing giant burdens on great games to close sales gaps. I couldn't care if Halo 5 sells, I care if its a good game. It will move consoles but its not going to sell 10 million consoles, it will probably sell 10 million units life time. Lets not move the focus onto sales > quality.
As a PC gamer I hate both fanboy groups but its easy to say PS4 fanboys take the crown this gen. POWAH OF TE CLOUDZ!, DX12 wont do anything and kill the devs who made Tomb Raider Timed, moments later SFV becomes exclusive and its ok.....

As a gamer, do you walk into a shop and just choose a game off the shelf randomly? Or do you buy the game you always wanted? COD will sell well and so does Halo, COD and Halo always come out close together and not once have they affecting each others sales. Well those games come out thought-out the year but there not screaming MUST BUY for the PS4 and most of those games are probably forgotten after the first month of playing them. Games like MCC and FH2 are still being played today and continue to be spoken about. The next upcoming games for X1 are going to be played thought-out next year as well. Halo 5 and FM6 are games that will last a lot longer then games like Until Dawn, Everyone's gone to the raptures, UC collection (No Multiplayer) ...

MGS5/Witcher3 are Multiplats and Until Dawn isn't anything special in terms of reviews and sales so really Bloodborne is your only argument here.
As for Rare's Replay, Killer Instinct, Horizon 2 (Best next gen racer to date) Sunset Overdrive are all great games while Gears is a remaster and Tomb Raider is Timed, and I don't count them.
I am still running an AMD 6970 and its still going strong. I will most likely go again with AMD with its R390 cards since my PC is very Windows 10/DX12 focused.

Yes MS or Sony can buy AMD, because there is a very classy competitor in NVidia in the market place. It would be a different story if NVidia didn't exist.
No one is stopping Sony or MS using NVidia cards. It would be no difference to how MS use Blu-Ray or Sony using Windows on there products. The difference is MS buying AMD not Xbox. If Xbox brought AMD then it will be another story again.
