The games media is torn on this one. Cdpr is well respected, but after the creator gave the finger to many, and wont cater to agendas, you will see a few hit pieces like this. Looks great to me.
It's basically trading one thing for the other. Servers, motherboards, chips, batteries, etc., have more toxic items than a game disc and some packaging.
The only thing that sucks is if Sony and Disney dont agree on a deal with spidey, that a sequel might be in jeopardy. However, bravo for the acquisition. Whereas Microsoft acquisitions, while good, seem random and trying to grab hot studios, Sony made a meaningful acquisition to their studios.
