Yeah they probably should’ve held off on announcing a date because we were well into the pandemic at that time and it seems 2021 was too optimistic
Halo 4 had one of the best stories in halo and 5 had the worst.

I think by saying “new game announcements” in their blog also raised expectations for big stuff that was unrealistic like silent hill
