The new OLEDs are great gaming TVs. I wouldn’t use them for PC gaming, but for consoles they have a great feature set for next gen.
But I do agree, the Q90 is fantastic as well.
Are you using your OLED as monitor? I’ve never had any issues with burnin over the past 5 years, but I guess each set it different
I also had the c6 before upgrading to the CX this year. For being an earlier OLED, it really is a great TV
With VRR, it actually does. At least it helps with the awful amount screen tearing.
@NotoriousWhiz
Some games are nominated multiple times. It doesn’t mean 8 individual games.
If that were the case, did Sony have 22 different games this year?
Wasteland is not included in the 8. You guys really need to start reading the article before commenting

Game journalism at its best right here
Too much to play right now, but seeing the reception to this game has put it on my radar. Even if I’m not into souls games
I think for most of Sony’s In house developed games it is. However I hope they evaluate Sony partnered games on a game by game basis, because it’s clear that godfall wasn’t worth that $70. They re-evaluated destruction allstars and now it’s coming to us for free next year
Yeah I agree. Unfortunately it was either get the disc version or wait till 2021 and I couldn’t wait. Disc for me
You are comparing the “immersion” of linear shooters to an open world rpg.
Game journalists have went on to become writers at video game studios before. It’s nothing new. Also, it’s not like she’s become “lead writer”, she describes her role as a “junior” role
She used to work at Xbox In Australia I believe, but she’s always been positive towards both consoles
Yeah the marketing agreement is helping Microsoft offset the 2:1 margin of console sales. You’d expect double the sales on PlayStation, which isn’t happening.
Very Unprofessional review. It’s poorly written and a score of 1/5 suggests it’s one of the worst games of all time.
It’s sad that “game journalists” compromise integrity for those shock value clicks
Refreshing to see Valhalla beat out call of duty finally. It’s Interesting to see how marketing agreements can have an impact on sales. PlayStation taking 60% of sales and Xbox taking 40%. With Xbox getting beat by more than a 2:1 margin, it shows that the marketing impact is significant to sales. I’m sure the same could be said for Sony marketed games.
Devs and gamers have become so used to loading screens that they’ve implemented some pretty cool ideas into those loading screens. Overall however, I think people will appreciate more hands on time
Fromsoft seems very unlikely, but I also would’ve said the same about buying bethesda. So who knows.
I’d imagine Microsoft will target smaller devs in Japan that could use more capital and grow those studios.
Last of us 2 is the best game I’ve played in 2020. And I’ve played a lot of games
