Good job Sony, and good job for those who spoke up. And it’s great to hear that they have a clear strategy for future cross gen games
Why do you care if more people can play this game.
Microsoft has shown they are willing to bring that game back. Nintendo don’t though. It takes all three to get on board.
Not at the Tokyo game show unfortunately.
True. But also proves my point that if you gave all the good stuff to opening night live, they shouldn’t have even had a show.
Well once again Aaron Greenberg said no major announcements or reveals and it’s only updates to games relevant to the region. So that 50 minutes is going to a lot of filler.
Hopefully they have something of interest. Microsoft can’t have shows every month if they are going to be as weak as their gamescom show.
I swear if this is another here’s a new controller event, it’s going to be bad.
They will likely win an NPD because of halo, but no one is going to dominate the holiday. None of the big 3 can keep stock. They will all sell tons
Sounds like you are mad that double fine is succeeding under Microsoft.
It’s kinda sad.
This is simply unacceptable. The two most important parts about halo is 1.) nailing the multiplayer and 2.) having a great co-op campaign.
Game should’ve been delayed another three months
@F0XH0UND922
No they don’t. First party? Absolutely not
This isn’t a good take man. Sony may not have as much stuff announced as Microsoft, but the pipeline is all well and good.
Chill.
It’s not brilliant if everyone comes out hating the dev. Yeah they are getting exposure, but if the game turns out to be something no one wants, they will forget about this game when it actually comes out
Not sure where you have been, but I’ve been using 3D audio on my Xbox for years now.
I believe when they say “support” they are talking about game releases. Not firmware patches.
More like committed to securing that seventh yacht
Not sure why people were surprised by this. Sony has been open about how much AAA development costs nowadays. Releasing on PC allows them to have less risk in building those games.
We all want Sony to keep building those games, so this allows them to keep at it.
@generic
I’m not going to speak on ratchet, but Microsoft flight sim would not be possible on the Jaguar cpus from last gen. They’ve said as much, and the game is very cpu intensive.
I think people assumed that because Sony decided not to fund his next game.
Jim Ryan has said and done some dumb things, but he is nowhere near the man who almost singlehandedly destroyed a whole gaming division.
