@StarLink
Like atom said, tencent invested earlier when the evaluation of EPIC was much lower than it is now. Sony only invested recently and the evaluation of EPIC was much much larger
IMO, it’s totally worth the $70. It has enough content and is a well regarded game. I’m not worried about Sony’s games being “worth” the $70
I could be wrong, but I think EA owns brutal legend.
I know some people have issue with the story to the game, but there’s no doubt that naughty dog make the most polished video games in the industry. They are stunning
You implied that it’s not raytracing unless it involves lighting and shadows. That’s false.
Returnal is pretty next gen as well. But yeah returnal and ratchet feel like next gen for sure
There are things called ray traced reflections
I wish we could get a last of us patch to get a glimpse on what their next game could look like
The dual sense implementation is insane. I’m enjoying the game despite not even liking this genre
That was dean takahashi.
This is a false narrative. He’s wrote multiple positive PlayStation articles lately talking about PlayStation’s first party superiority.
So what if Jeff grubb didn’t like the game. It’s literally his opinion and not anyone else’s.
Imagine getting angry for one persons opinion on a game.
While Sony has done a much better job releasing games so far this gen, two of those games you mentioned were delayed.
Most games are getting delayed right now. It’s just the way it is.
I wouldn’t be so sure. Sony will likely purchase a studio or two this gen. They’ve came out and talked about looking to acquire, and you can bet they won’t stand by and let Microsoft do all the acquiring
Graphically this game is on a whole new level. Can’t wait to try out my first ratchet game
Games pass is a good deal solely by the fact I can save enough money to buy Sony’s $70 exclusives. Probably would’ve skipped returnal or waited for a sale, but since I saved money on Mlb and outriders I can take that risk now.
I don’t think you realize that when Xbox formed 343, they sniped a bunch of bungies devs that wanted to continue to work on halo. There’s still a lot.
Either that, or Microsoft buys more day one gamepass games. The competition is finally strong again. It’s been a decade.
This is good to hear. Both Sony and Microsoft will have their biggest first party software lineups ever.
Devs will be able to fully realize the hardware and take advantage of the specific features for each console.
Jeff grubb says they aren’t working on a Star Wars game but a new Ip alongside gears 6.
